Very nice small boutique hotel in the quiet part of city center. Exquisite design. The staff is very kind and helpful. They upgraded our room and helped us with all issues we had. The room is clean and good equipment with almost all necessary, including good cosmetic kits. The towels were changed every day. I would stay here again.

We had a problem with hot water, but it was resolved as soon as we said about it. There was a small kettle at the room, tea and instant coffee, but it would be better for us to have a small capsule coffee machine. The bed was creaky, which could uncomfortable for a couple. These are minor issues worth fixing, they didn’t impacted on our staying

The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. nice shower, soft towels and bed linens. Totally soundproof. My room was facing the street and I couldn’t hear a single noise coming from the outside. The room was equipped with a smart tv that kept the entertainment rolling whilst we were relaxing after a long day sightseeing. The staff was simply 5-stars. They were super helpful and very responsive. They helped me book restaurants and other services before I arrived in Rome. Everything to make sure I would spend my stay hustle-free. I would definitely stay here when I return to Rome.

Great location, great rooms and great facilities! Mary is the best host, super helpful and super friendly! would definitely recommend this hotel for your visit to Rome! Really close to some family run bars and restaurants directly outside which was handy for a quick wine beside bed! :)

Nothing, we liked everything about the hotel, couldn’t fault it but If you don’t like noise then make sure you request a room at the back of the hotel, we stayed in a room at the front the first night and it was very noisy from traffic and the air con wasn’t working so we couldn’t have the windows open, we didn’t sleep a wink. We told Mary and she sorted it straight away, our room was changed, our bags moved for us and the air con working, we couldn’t have been looked after any more, she was first class! We would definitely stay again! Thanks Mary

The hotel is located close to the historical centre and you have access to public transportations. Various options for breakfast, coffee and food are in walking distance. My partner and I had made a mistake on the original booking which the Host have rectified easily on the day of our arrival and was very kind not to charge us extra. The room was amazing and exactly what we needed for. The photos available depict accuratly the condition. But the most important thing we enjoyed was the hospitality and the friednliness of the staff. They also surpirsed us with a little proseco bottle on my birthdday and in general they have been amazing and we thank them very much

i couldn't fault the hotel from when i booked it till i left. when i booked the hotel i got contacted by the owner mary who could not do enuf for us weather asking if we needed an early check in /out which in my case was both we got the mid day and room was already ready for us. the room was great very clean no faults from me or my friend who was in another room every day mary contacted us to see if we wanted our room cleaned. the hotel itself is in the middle of rome with main attractions just 15-30 min walk away 10 min walk to nearest metro station. the hotel only has 10 rooms we had 2 rooms both to a high standerd when we return to rome we know where we will be staying again 10/10

Very nice and modern hotel The location was good. All attractions are walkable, roughly 45 minutes to the vatican, which is the longest walk from the hotel. Luckily, it was low 20°. Otherwise, the walk would have been a struggle. Trevi fountain is about a 20-minute walk. Be prepared for hundreds of people to be standing there having full photo shots even at 11pm. Mary and her team are fantastic with plenty of suggestions and very willing to help. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The shower cubicle is tiny. Me and my wife are not big people at all, and we couldn't move in the shower without being careful of not opening the shower door. This is not us showering together just in case some people like to do that. So if you were a bigger person, you'd stand no chance of showering comfortably

The host, Mary, is one of the best we ever met. Assisting us, helping us, guiding us, extremely professional. We could see that she loves her job dearly. The place is easy to reach from the airport by bus or Free now (taxi services). The hotel is clean, housekeeping is daily offered, they put inside the room chocolate eggs on Easter, the host Mary, recommended us the closest and delicious restaurant to have dinner when we reached the first evening. We always walked to the city, about 20-30 min to the city center attractions. The area is safe, with restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, pharmacies, some bar, mainly residential area. The communication with the host is so easy and pleasant. 10 out of 10. No, 11 !

The best thing about our stay was the service and staff at Magica Luna. 24/7 communication with the manager. Our train arrived in Rome late in the early hours of the morning and the manager Mary was available throughout this and ensured we arrived without problems. My husband and I also got unwell during our stay and the service was impeccable - anything we needed we received and the staff were really attentive. 20 minutes walk from all major sights. Can get Lime scooters right outside the property. Also excellent shower facilities!

Mary was so so helpful and kind throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel felt safe and secure and was in a nice quiet area. The hotel is modern and the facilities are good such as the smart tv with netflix which was nice to be able to use in the evenings (we came early January so cold nights).

The room was very very warm considering the time of year and I’m not sure the air con was working at all in our room. Also, our room did not look like the pictures (we had an inside facing room and there was no exposed stone in our room), however it was still cosy and comfortable but also slightly disappointing given the lovely pictures of what we presumed every room would look like. The hotel is also quite far out from some of the main sights so we ended up using Uber quite a bit.

beautiful property in the heart of Roma. very clean. staff very friendly and attentive, always there if you need anything. can obviously get a little noisy being in the centre but the windows were very good at blocking out the traffic and air con still kept the room cool. would definitely stay here again.

unable to get an iron because a previous guest had an accident with one and sued the hotel - not really fault of owners I guess.
