Hotel Salis

I thought the ambiance was lovely, with the fairy lights in the area outside. Friendly and very helpful staff. Lovely area to sit near the bar. And my balcony on the top floor was massive! Lovely view of the sea and planes coming and going.

Because I left quite early, just after 6am, I was not offered breakfast. This is understandable as breakfast staff were not yet working. However, I feel a croissant to take away would have been a nice gesture.

Hotel Salis is in a very good location, walk distance from Termini station and 10min walk from the metro station. The room was very spacious and super comfortable bed. We traveled with our 6 months old daughter and they provided us with a brand new crop and kettle for warming up her food. There is also a common fridge in the hall.

Nothing really. There is no Barack fast in the hotel but there is a very nice bar just on the other side of the street so that wasn’t a problem for us.

Man from Service speaks english very well, he gave us many tips for discover beatiful places and restaurants... Im sure to choose this Hotel next time for my visit in Rome. Aa, don't worry about breakfast, cause they give you a giftcard to nearest Coffeshop, and breakfast was delicious. From Termini it's only 15min walk. but also you can meet buses stops around so localisation is very nice.

Like for me, everything Was excellent. Is really hard to find reason to complaign... Maybe no freezer and cups in room, but this Was wroten in offer, so maybe its time to change this? It is not necessary but will be fine.

Roughly 21 minutes walk from Roma Termini train station. Checkin was absolute perfect. The staff at the reception spoke perfect English and are available every day on site. An extremely nice cafe right next to the property with amazing breakfast, lunch menu. Cleaning team comes in on working days and cleans up. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Internet worked brilliantly as well.

The key to the building and room are attached to a 2 ton keys holder which if you have to carry around the city is a bit of bother. The locks on the room are a bit dodgy and you have no clue if they are locked property but the overall security into the building is perfect. There was no fridge in the room.

The breakfast was in a nice café next door and it was very good. We stayed in two different rooms during our stay and both rooms looked like the pictures online. Staff was friendly and polite. Cleaning was also good.

The hotel canceled our reservation for the first night of the trip only one day prior arrival due to a technical issue and booked an other hotel which didn't meet our expectations at all. Thankfully the staff apologized and to compensate gave us free breakfasts for the rest of our stay which was very nice.

it was pretty close to roma termini, helped us while coming from and to the train station. around 2 km away from the main attractions. nice and clean room, friendly receptionist.

even though we visited rome in may (at the beginning) and the outside weather was around 20-25 degrees during the day, it was really really cold in the room at night. this is a major minus during spring in my opinion, not having individual heating system. also the windows were towards the street and they did not close perfectly so you could here the noise from outside.

Location and surrounding area with Cafés, Bars and Restaurants. View from our room was very lovely and perfect for our Rome stay. best was an early check in at 11am due to an early arrival.

Really good location, one of the best coffee shops next door. The floor of the room and bathroom was cleaned every day. The women who run it are really nice.

We were staying for 7 days and the towels weren't changed not even once. I don't know why, even do the room was cleaned and the pillowcases and sheets were changed.

central location

The door of the room always felt it’s half open. I could hear it shaking when someone was passing in the corridor. Room was big but without a carpet. Bad quality toilet paper, had to buy my own. There was no fridge in the room and no mirror above the dresser (but there was one on the wardrobe). No breakfast but there was a café bar just downstairs in the street.

Convenient location close to bus stops and a variety of shops and restaurants. The hotel is located on the second floor of an apartment building. Spacious room. Perfect cleanliness. Daily cleaning. Friendly staff willing to help. Excellent value for money.
