Staff were very friendly and helpful on my arrival and during my two days solo traveler. One standout was when I left my UK to EU plug at home and they kindly provided me with one. Great service all around. Tea and coffee refills in my room which was great in the morning. Location is okay, sort out of the way for the major attractions but nothing a bus/metro or even walking is not too far away. Great hotel to stay in. All but nice things to say, definitely recommend :)

Can't think of anything major, the continental breakfast was good value for money and in great quanity, but I wished I went for intercontinental for a greater variety of food.

The host at reception was very accommodating. We arrived a bit early before check-in, and they were able to help us out and even recommend some good places around the area for us to wait. Ended up going to the cafe across the road every morning for breakfast. We were walking distance to borghese Park, which was perfect, being able to walk home through the park. 10min walk to a metro that brings you to the collosseo. Which i only took once because we walked in and out all the time if it wasn't lashing rain.

No complaints, but if i had to, there was no bin in the room and only in the bathroom.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Good clean facilities, which included daily changes of sheets and towels, great (friendly and very helpful) staff, and great breakfast.

It's a little out of the city centre, but that's a small issue as walking is easy, as is public transport (once you get used to it). Had the hotel been more central, doubtless the price would have been much higher. Local Italian and Greek restaurants were very good for quality and value.

Every staff member was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful!!! The room was nice, with a small balcony, and a table and chairs over there. We loved the tea set in the room. We also appreciated that the toiletries were provided in the bathroom (especially after having some experiences in European hotels where nothing but soap was available). The breakfast was amazing! Fresh fruit, vegetables, fresh juice, vegan options, hot and cold drinks, variety of food options.

Great service! Our time in this hotel was amazing, because the staff did everything for that. Good location in Rome, near the famous historical places. Clean and comfortable room and lounge zone. Excellent breakfast and a lot of different food. We were also surprised when we saw the welcome zone with snacks and hot/cold drinks. That was a nice place to wait for check in. And our big thanks to Carlos for his support, kindness and exceptional service! Happy of choosing this hotel, recommendation.

Is a great getaway from the business of the touristy areas. The room was good value, comfy bed, with aircon, and a large bathroom. The window leads to the street bellow for a nice view. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Now bare in mind, the best means of transport to the main attractions will be the bus, which there is a stop on an adjacent street, 3 - 4 min walk. The metro station is farther away at a 10 - 12 min walk. I saw a couple of restaurants nearby but the choices are limited. If you want a more convenient place to stay, there maybe better located hotels in other areas of town.

The hallway carpets are due for replacement.

The hotel staff was warm and helpful. I had a leg injury and they were trying their best to make my stay comfortable. The room was great and always clean. The breakfast was also very good and with a lot of vegan options.

The only thing that was difficult for me was the stairs to arrive to the elevator, because I had a leg injury. Other thing that can be fixed is the electric plugs on the reception, two of them were not working while I tried to plug my laptop for working.

Staff were awesome from minute we opened the door until we left. We stayed at the start of trip and at the end. Rooms were modern, and clean. Breakfast as well was worth the extra couple dollars. Quiet little neighbourhood and easy to access if you have to get in by car or train.

Air conditioning the second night we stayed wasn’t as efficient but that’s probably only because it was fighting 40 degree plus heat so no big deal.

The staff were very welcoming, paying special attention to the fact we visited for my partners birthday gifting us a room upgrade and a complimentary drink of our choice at the bar. The team helped recommend restaurants for our dietary requirements and arranged taxi’s for us. A great location a short walk from the hotspots, with great bars popular with locals and restaurants close by. The hotel was clean and comfortable and provided a perfect base for our trip. Honestly. Nothing.

Lovely location away from the main tourist areas but still within walking distance of most of the main historical attractions. Lovely authentic restaurants close to the hotel. Reception staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was not included and selection of food was limited considering the cost. Room was very hot even with the air-conditioning but we visited during a particularly hot period.
