The hotel hall was decorated for Christmas season and it had a very welcoming atmosphere. The location was quite good , near to bus and metro station. The staff were helpful , especially the receptionist Vincenzo who guided us for the best attractions by giving very good suggestions. The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff were always very welcoming. The rooms were cleaned daily and were very clean
I had booked a double standart room and it was not very comfortable. the air conditioning system was old and made a constant noise all the time. And since my stay was in December it was very difficult to heat up the room.

The property is charming in a great location. Close enough to walk anywhere, but not near a busy area where there is a lot of traffic or tourists.
There is not much to not like. If I had to choose 1 thing, our room was a little small compared to what I am use to in the United States, but it worked out great and was not a problem.

Breakfast was not suitable for vegan and minimal for vegetarians. However, I did not address this with the hotel so maybe there would have been a chance to accommodate. I booked last minute so unsure what the usual rate is but felt the price was too much.

Really loved the spacious rooms, the bathroom products, the friendly staff on reception who were really good at communicating promptly to arrange a surprise before the visit.
There was an issue with the pre-payment authorisation already being taken out of my bank account (the full amount for our stay). I was then told to pay again even though the stay was technically paid for, but the staff on reception sorted it out so I didn't have to 'double pay'. The breakfast was also very nice, but maybe the fruit could have been a little more fresh.

Very beautiful hotel, near Via Veneto and Villa Borghese , with rooms decorated with afrescos and paintings, nice breakfast and very good front desk.
It´s expensive, but the place is really good, the parking near the hotel costs 40 Euros per day.
