Wonderful location, 6 mins from Pantheon and Alter of the Fatherland, close to everything, we walked almost everywhere. For Rome, good size bedroom and bathroom, internal lifts. Balcony opens out to a piazza, when doors shut, very quiet. Very comfortable bed. Linen changed daily/or as required. Delicious breakfast, delivered daily to your room. This is a hotel without staff on-site 24/7. The Staff are there early preparing breakfast and servicing the rooms, however if arriving late they provide easy directions to access your room, if you need a taxi the staff can organise for you, they are always available if needed by phone or email. We have stayed in 6/7 star hotels and all over the world, never have we received such good and sincere customer service. Special thanks to Claudia.

The Staff were helpful and pleasant, and the location was excellent, 15-minute walk to Trevi Fountain, the Parthenon and other sights, little longer for Saint Peters and the Spanish Steps. The exterior is nothing to look at, but the pictures of the interior provided by the facility accurately depict the interior. It is a continental breakfast that you order, and it is delivered to the room at the time you desire.

Communication with the hotel, needs the Whatsup App, which I did not have, and email did not work! Not a hotel, so no formal front desk, you cannot just show up and check in. Most of the water fixtures had something minor wrong with them. The photos that are provided by the establishment do not show the exterior of the place, so I have attached some. The exterior is not very pretty, but the inside is quite nice. The safe they provide is useless, it does lock, but is not secured to anything, so the thief can pick up the safe take it away.

Location is perfect for city walks near the best attractions. Room is very clean and tidy, do not get confused by the look of the building, this is Rome one of the oldest cities. Staff is very polite and helpful. Unlock the building door with your phone. Suitcase/luggage rack for two. Breakfast served at your desired time.

The location is central, the property is modern (which is not easy to find in Rome), despite reading reviews saying that the lifts don’t work, the lift did work but needed to be closed properly. I would definitely come back

Comfy room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast! Huge croissants. Location downtown near sites we wanted to visit and walking distance to sidewalk cafes and shopping.

Located on a quiet square within a 5-10 minute walk to the core tourist areas. It was easy to find, and the staff instructions for retrieving the keys were perfect. Though you do not really see the staff here, they were very helpful and easy to communicate with via text or WhatsApp. Twice they accommodated early breakfast: one day as we had to leave at 8, they brought breakfast at 7:30 and as we were leaving very early for a flight our last day, they put some juice and yogurts in our fridge the day before for breakfast before we leave (breakfast serves from 8:00). We were having trouble booking a cab to the airport, and they were able to do so for us. Room was clean. A little cozy with 4 people (we had a room with 2 doubles and a queen), but most rooms would be. OVerall, a very good value, good location

As the B&B is only 1 floor of a larger building, the other tenants do not appear to be considerate in putting all trash in the cans in the lobby. This made for a negative first impression. NOTE for disabilities: though there is an elevator, there are a few stairs to get to it and it is very small. It would not accommodate a wheelchair. (did not affect us, but noting for others who may consider booking).

Fantastic central location - we were able to walk everywhere. Staff very friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely and delivered on a trolley each morning exactly on time. Internet is fast and reliable

The name "suite" conjures up a larger space than it is but it is a standard "hotel" sized room. Dont normally watch TV while away but as it looked like a great TV, thopught we would catch up on some news but it seemed to neened to be registered with a Samsung account and as technical as I am, I gave up ! Looked like brand new blackout curtains but think they had forgotten to put back up the net curtains so always felt a little overlooked. These are all relatively minor issues

The staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival, the property was also very clean and the location was perfect distance from all the major landmarks in rome and food/drinks (walking distance ) Spacious room for a couple! and breakfast was provided each morning into our room with a reasonable choice of options. (They also organised transfers too airport - thank you)

Perhaps breakfast could be provided slightly earlier ( as I was up for sunrise to see and take photos of the buildings / landmarks (so I missed breakfast times) however that’s a personal suggestion to avoid the crowds.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The room was perfect, a little small, but absolutely enough as you don’t spend too much time there, but explore the city all the time thanks to the location right in the city center. We loved, that you can get everywhere by foot (or scooter) and that we didn’t have to use the bus or metro once. The stuff was so helpful and made everything happen, that was absolutely amazing (transfer from and to the airport was organized wonderfully, extra wishes like fruits and an earlier breakfast were no problem). Breakfast typically italian and tasty, and during the COVID times as less contact as necessary. Thanks for this incredible stay, would recommend this for anyone who wants to be right in the city for a trip!

The walls seem to be a little thin, as you can hear a lot. But thankfully we didn’t seem to have neighbors all the time through or stay. The corners of the bathroom a little dirty, but absolutely fine by us.
