great location clean renovated romes we stayed 4 night very good breakfast friendly stuff

rooms are small but good enough Air conditioning is not controllable druring winter (heat only) like ther is no global worming dont take long shower u will flud the bathroom

new and clean

no elevators till mezzanine had to carry our laundry ourselves

Under construction. Limited countertop space in bathroom and no where to put luggage in room. Room had inadequate lighting. Bathtub/ shower is terrifying it is so slick!

The location. Close to the forum, not far from Trevi Fountain and Piazza Venezzia. We had a huge room (may be too much for holidays). The idea of getting the breakfast from the associated Caffe close to the hotel is good. You pay for what you need, and not for a huge buffet that you won't use.

2 minor things . Lack of light. The room was very dark, even with all lights on. I needed the light from my phone in order to read. The bathtub and shower were designed in such a way that you always have plenty of water on the floor.

Location is very central, right @ altar of the fatherland, less than 10 mins walk to colosseum, trevi and pantheon. the room was clean, bright and modern and the bathroom was very spacious and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. i would definitely recommend.

This is THE hotel if you want comfort, modern clean rooms with all amenities. Located in the smack centre of the city with all the major sights within 5 - max 10 minutes walk, and everything, along the way to there, is interesting. Excellent large rooms with separate area for excellent shower, toilet and bidet. When I come back to Rome, THIS will be the hotel I will stay. Also excellent room-price for 2 days in oct. 2021. A place to eat breakfast is more right next to the hotel.

Tiny thing only, but the light above the wash-basin was not the most bright for shaving, but it looked beautiful. It is just that I, at my age, prefer a lot of light when I shave, but maybe most people prefer it the way it is ??

The location is great, close to the shopping streets, Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, everything in walking distance and many restaurants and cafes are close by. The reception and cleaning personal is very friendly and helpful.

The roof top was closed for (Covid19 reasons?!), which was very unfortunate. The rooms are a bit old and one can see the aging of the hotel. Also it could be cleaner (hairs in the bed).

The location was excellent. Walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. We did not include breakfast with our hotel reservation but used the restaurant downstairs. Good menu selection reasonably priced. Very attentive waiters.

Honestly everything was very good. Walter at the reception desk went above and beyond to provide excellent service, from recommending restaurants for dinner to secure an appointment for the required Covid test for us.

We loved the hotel and the staff. The location is excellent! The hotel was near most of the important sites. Everything was within a 10-minute walk.. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. They booked our Naples and Pompeii day tour, as well as our dinner reservations. The room was spotless and had a wonderful view. We would definitively go back to this hotel.
