Location was the best . All restaurants soon as you get out of hotel. Yrevi fountain 5 min walk. Big bathroom. Farmacia around the corner for covid test. Breakfast outstanding on the rooftop ,where there is also a bar.

The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of the city, within 200 meters from Trevi Fountain. The rooftop terrace is amazing; I can't imagine a better spot for a romantic date. The room is clean and spacious. The view from the room is great, looking right into the crowded streets and historic buildings. The breakfast buffet is delicious and full of options. When I come back to Rome, I'm not staying anywhere else. You don't have to leave your hotel for a romantic date on the rooftop, and you don't have to go far from your hotel to find some of the best restaurants and cafes in Rome. We were pleasantly surprised by how well the hotel is located.

Wifi in our room didn't work well.

This is a very lovely hotel in a very accessible location to get around to various parts of Rome. The reception staff were very helpful communicating with us when our luggage was late arriving therefore our driver had to return. The transfer service from airport that is used by the hotel is wonderful and very helpful and friendly. We were very impressed. The rooftop at is very beautiful and lovely.

The reception staff were helpful however the staff at the rooftop bar were less so - particularly the breakfast staff. Often being unfamiliar with toasters and coffee and egg boiling machines in a foreign country, a little direction offered KINDLY would be appreciated! A a guest I hope to be treated respectfully and pleasantly - not as an intruder! I did not ask however when in Italy it is lovely to have a great cappuccino in the morning. It might be worth asking for one rather than using the machine at the buffet.

This was the nicest hotel out of the 3 that we stayed at during our time in Rome. The hotel was clean and comfortable with rooms larger than expected. Staff was wonderful. The hotel had a common area with a large table where we could play cards together.

Pillows were fat and hard. I had a horrible time sleeping due to the terrible pillows and the very loud crowd outside my window. We were there around New Year's so I'm certain that it contributed. Next time I would bring my own small pillow and request a room on the back side of the hotel to avoid so much street noise.

excellent location, very clean, 3 minutes from Trevi fountain if you walk out and turn right you'll run into it.

For the price of this hotel I would have expected help with our luggage or at minimum an offer to help take it up. Of our 2 1/2 weeks traveling Italy this was the only location that didn't include breakfast which again, for the cost, I would have appreciated. It is available to purchase on site. The room is very tight with luggage for 2- something to keep in mind if you're staying several days. Overall I feel this properties price point is probably more valuable to someone wanting to utilize the roof top bar and night life.

The location of this hotel is outstanding - 1 min to the Pantheon, 3 mins to Trevi with countless bars, restaurants , gelato counters and cafe's within 30 seconds of the hotel. The roof terrace is lovely and the check-in and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is the oldest hotel in Rome, so it has small lifts and many corridors and turns to find your room, however the building is very modern and you easily find your way around by day 2. Service at the bar is often slow, best to just stand up and go to the bar instead of waiting for service.

in a gorgeous central part of Italy, staff we’re super friendly and made fabulous cocktails! If I was in Rome again, would stay here with no hesitation. Rooms had a mini bar, great Wi-Fi and TV. Our favourite part was the rooftop bar, where we had dinner and drinks.

slight bit of noise within the early hours outside the property, however it’s a city! but nothing too disruptive and added to the city atmosphere. had dinner there the one night and the food was cold, however we ordered very late at night so we let it go.

Location was fabulous. They charged top price for the room based on that. Very nice bath in room. Nice views from terrace. Internet was good. High expectations led to middle of the road reality. We paid for location, and that was what we wanted.

They charged top price for the room and sadly the hotel was not very friendly, breakfast was not on time, not enough food for all guests and generally felt like a cafeteria. Staff was rude - from front desk to waitstaff at breakfast to housekeeping. No one earned tips.

we absolutely loved our stay here, the location is AMAZING - so easy to get around and right in the middle of everything you might want to see, but still quiet and feels very private and relaxing. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful. The room was a good size with all facilities we could have needed. We would highly recommend for a weekend in rome!

The bed wasn't as comfortable as we usually like and was quite squeaky but wasn't awful

Excellent location, very close to Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Roof top bar is very nice.

Due to the location it is very noisy, bring your ear plugs if you want some sleep at night especially on a Fri and Sat. Our room was on the first floor facing the street so was probably in the worst spot, i am sure they have quieter rooms further back and on higher floors
