Excellent location if you plan to use public transportation. Near the main Metro and bus hub in Rome (around 4 minute walk). From Fiumicino airport you can catch the Leonardo Express Train that takes you directly to Termini Station. And from there you can go anywhere in Rome. Spacious room.

Bed matress can be better. Not a major issue, but there's room for improvement. We took two rooms, and the first night the water heater wasn't working. We forgot to report it, and they still fix it. So, that was a glitch, but it was nice that they fix it without a complaint from us. Their maintenance people are alert and doing their jobs.

Location - only one street back from Rome's Termini so fabulous access to trains, busses, trams and the metro. Termini also has a department store Coin, loads of food choices and services for travellers We stayed in a ground floor room with direct access to the faux turfed terrace with loads of seats to chat with fellow passengers. Why not go next door to the mini market for snacks and drinks to share. Our room was cleaned daily, with new towels. I couldn't fault the cleanliness - despite many reviews saying otherwise - not true for us. The room had a basic kitchen which worked well for breakfast though on the corner, a hotel provides one for only 5 euro. The airconditioning was great as was the wifi - so fast. The staff were friendly, helpful and keen for you to enjoy your stay I read many recent reviews that were awful. It's a budget option - don't expect 5 star amenities. Having said that it's one of the very best budget options I've ever stayed in over 62 countries. We know the Termini area so expected people hanging out around the station. There were none around this hotel though - like intimated in other reviews. Anyway, I'll certainly be going back and would recommend asking for a ground floor room if no lift is a problem. I honestly can't fault our stay.

Its 5 min from the train, metro and busstation. Spacious rooms with small kitchen. Clean rooms with cleaning everyday even doing the dishes we hadn't done yet. Locked and kind of hidden from the street yard where we could sit and play games, drink wine etc.

Toilet flushes really bad, even without toiletpaper in it. The streets around the block we lived in was kind of high risk. Lots of sketchy people who would offer you to buy drugs. Very loud air condition and a bed which squeeks a lot. Though what you can expect from the price.

The location can't be any more perfect - literally 3 min walk from Termini train station! The communication with the host was great! Very detailed instructions for contact less check-in and check-out! We arrived from Naples by train at about 8:30pm, the host provided us with very specific directives on how to get in to appartment!! We got Studio apartment with mini kitchen and nice size of bathroom! The A/C seemed old but worked pretty well! They even clean the apartment and made our bed next day - we stayed only for 2 nights and didn't expect that! The host provided instructions with map how to get to Cafe "Santa Maria" for breakfast (free breakfast included in room rate) - just a few steps away, at local Italian cafeteria, you just handed a coupon and will be sitted right away to eat your breakfast ! We are world travelers, and being very spoiled eaters, however we have never eaten more freshly made authentic croissants anywhere! The service is fast - another benefit when your schedule is busy for a day! Great choice for the cafe SANTA MARIA! Overall, being extensive travelers we value only basic things when choosing accomodations: LOCATION, decent breakfast, hot shower, working A/C, cost of stay and communication with host! All those were met, we were happy with our choice and will definitely stay here again!

The only downside is climbing stairs , we lived on 3rd floor, there is no elevator in the buildung. And also couldn't find any TV channels in English language. Not exactly to watch movies/shows but we usually watching News channels when out of country..

It`s near Termini train and coach station, metro. Very good location to travel around Rome and far away. I was there for a few days and everything was fine. Very warm room during night and in cold days. Kitchen anex usefull. No coffe mashine or coffemaker dish. I think you need to take own sugar, salt, peper and olive oil to cook. The bed very confortable and everything clean. You can choose day when resort Termin cleans your room and to change beddings and towels.

The location was perfect for airport and central rome. The shuttle bus from airport is a 3 minute walk from drop off or €31 in an uber. The room was clean and spacious and quite a unique feel with the stone arches. The staff were helpful when organising the late check in by providing the details we needed. Its a 15 minute walk to trevi fountain and same for Colloseum which for a short city break was ideal for us.

The main bed was quite hard, if you prefer soft bed then you may find this uncomfortable.

Location, comfort and internet are the most important points when on a trip. Plus point was the excellet communication and feeling of security. Most cases, one can not have it all. Roma Termini is the heart of the transportation network of Roma. This hotel is just a street away. Not too close to the bustling center yet not too far to reach everything. The personel is the top of the cake. They have been very helpful and responsive. Very wel coordinated to the last detail of my check-in and check-out. Very recommendable. To my experience, I give them 10.

This was perfect haven for me just steps from Termini station. It was quiet spacious bright cool in very warm Roman temperatures. It is within walking distance of Colosseum, Forum and Vittoriano but also close to Termini there is a wonderful Roman museum, ruins of Diocletian baths, and great church by Michelangelo set in ruins of those baths, and also Piazza della Repubblica. There are also plenty of eating options nearby. Nicole on Reception was friendly helpful and pleasant. I would return without hesitation here.

Nothing I didn't like. Some colourful art work on stairs. I thought might be nice to have some colourful prints on walls of apartment. Also TV recieved very few channels but this meant very little to me.

Very centrally located and in particular close to Termini train station, for access to Fiumicino Airport. The decor is very simple even bare, but bed was comfortable, and room was quiet despite being so central. Nicolá on Reception is excellent his attitude his manner his attentiveness. Roma Resort is lucky to have him.

It seems overly bare even a little neglected. I can't understand why wine glasses are not provided for example.

3 minutes from Roma termini, Hotel room size big, two huge beds, all basic kitchen facilities, good bathroom, bathroom has towel heaterlots of food restaurant options nearby Note: No one at night.

Room was cold even when temperature outside is 28 degC. Some may consider it a positive, but we come from hotter climates si felt cold:). No windows. No coffee sachet in room, but you can buy all the stuff at tiger shop nearby which is the cheapest.Breakfast is coupon system 5-7 minutes away..Not so comfortable.We did not use it next day.
