Beautiful room, , great bathroom with double sized shower with standard and waterfall shower.. Had a large well equipped kitchen. Shared with 3 apartments. Beautiful rooftop terrace with plenty patio seating and sun loungers available to guests. Very secure digital code access to each part of the property . We had a small issue with the toilet which staff dealt with immediately, literally came with me to the room to check it. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The street outside felt quite unsafe, lots of vagrants in doorways . Signs of drug use etc. Groups of migrant men on corners passing unsavoury comments to my daughter each time we passed. Ok during the day but not nice once evening fell.

The location is excellent, close to Termini station, with Metro, train, bus and airport bus. The room is big enough for 3 adults. The shared kitchen is good for having breakfast.

It is far too noisy than expected though there have been such reviews already. The tram is no noisy with "ding ding" sound and you can feel shaking when the tram passes by next to you, as early as 6:00am and until close to midnight. The bathroom is with a bath tub which seems elegant, but if you take shower in it, it is not easy to keep the bathroom floor dry because the shower curtain is very small.

Beds we comfortable, the room was big and had access to a kitchen and nice terrace. It was very clean and one coffee pod was provided per day ( more could be purchased at a very reasonable rate from reception). Close to Termini so good for transport. The room was large by Roman standards.

The guest house is on the second floor right next to some tram tracks. When the first one went by, I thought it was going to be a big problem but it wasn't that bad. It didn't wake me up even without using the earplugs privided by the property, but it was a slight annoyance. My advice is this is a good property but if you are a very light sleeper it probably isn't for you. I would, however, deffinitly stay again.

The location of this hotel is great, near the train station and easy to find. We appreciated the fact that we were able to access the room before check-in time. A nice surprise was the coffee capsules and the coffee machine from the general aria (second floor). The room was big and clean and the staff is amazing!!! Communication with them is very easy and they are extremly responsive, even in the evening, outside of reception hours. We would definately come back again and we highly recommend this nice accommodation to anyone.

A bit noisy (due to the trams), but this is the price for the location :). However, we were provided with earplugs, which was nice. We slept like babies.

This property was as described - very clean, friendly staff and few rooms so not much noise. The facilities are good and rooms are secure.

Only minor complaint is the noise from the tram outside, but the staff were kind enough to provide ear plugs which worked well.

The house is very close to Termini Train Station within about 5 minutes' walk. Although the floors are higher, there is a lift. The public space is very comfortable. Although you can't cook anything, you can use microwave ovens, coffee machines, etc., and you can also use the terrace to rest.

The overall house is very comfortable, but the toilet bathtub is the same as the shower, and the water tends to overflow when taking a shower.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the air conditioning was great and we had 3 very comfortable nights sleep. There was a large smart TV in our room so we were able to login to our Netflix and watch TV to wind down after a long day exploring. The location was great for us, nice and close to Termini station and we have managed to walk everywhere. There is quite a lot of noise because it's a busy area with a tramline right outside but we were so exhausted from all the walking that we still slept really well, I also saw a sign offering free ear plugs at reception if needed.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Both the room and bathroom were a good size and nicely decorated, facilities were good and there was a shared kitchen space available. Location was great, just a few minutes walk from Roma Termini station. Very close to plenty of restaurants and not too far from the Coleseum and Trevi Fountain.

WiFi does not always connect, depends where you are in the room. There can be a lot of noise, especially late at night and early in the morning, due to the tram on the street below however you get used to it unless you are a very light sleeper then ear plugs are available! The shower sometimes leaked onto the bathroom floor due to the gap between the bath and the wall.

Spotlessly clean, comfy bed. There's a shared kitchen (very clean too) with all the amenities you could need. The room itself was quite big, I loved the high ceilings and huge windows. Excellent position, 3min form Termini, good public transport connections, and half an hour walk from Rome's highlights.

Trams are really noisy. It's like free wake up service at 5:30am, but you get ear plugs in the welcoming package ;)

The room was absolutely lavish and we wish we couldve stayed in it for longer. We'll be booking the same hotel next time we visit Rome. Close to major sites such as Trevi Fountain and surrounded by bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to and from Roma Termini. Couldn't ask for more.

There is a lot of street noise outside throughout the night from local clubs, traffic etc. However, the hotel provided excellent ear plugs.
