Clean and modern, good location near Roma Termini and all buses. Breakfast is a plus too

The breakfast is self service and there are not instructions on how to use the egg machine for example. Also, there’s no staff there during breakfast, so when some other group consumed all the yoghurts and milk, there was nobody to replace. In addition, there was no wifi in our room for most of our stay, and even after it was fixed on our third day, the wifi is very low in the room, so if you really need it, it’s a problem! Overall though the room is super comfortable and modern!

A really nice home-y feel with name chalk boards on the room doors and overall atmosphere of an apartment turned into a mini hotel. Cool fusion of b&b and boutique hotel. clever check in system. Nice room, great location 15 min walk to Colosseum and close to classic places you want to see in Rome + Very close to the train station. Good local restaurants on the same street.

Staying for 4 nights, it would have been nice to have a bit more variety or rotation for breakfast, also one day there wasn’t much left. Though the whole breakfast was arranged nicely.

The suits are in a living apartment in a quiet part next to the termini, reached by train from anywhere in Italy is super easy and you don't have to carry your bag far away. Then you can walk pretty much everywhere on foot, although for the Vatican we decided to take the train which is also super close. The room is spacious and sparkly clean, the water pressure is excellent and the house is very well kept. The view from our window was a beautiful garden, it made it feel very airy and secluded even though you are 30 mins walk to all attractions.

The breakfast was ok but could be improved. Coffee is good tho (*Lavazza capsules)

Cozy, neat and comfortable room. Excellent working air conditioner. Breakfast is quite simple, but it depends on your imagination :) The place may be a bit far from the main attractions, but it is convenient to reach the train and bus station.

As for our room, we could hear the street noise and the air conditioner working, and the poor Wi-Fi connection. But it didn't interfere with the vacation :)

Location was a bit difficult to reach on google map, it would be nicer for the owners to send instruction since it is located in an appartments building. Otherwise all is perfect

Hold Rome Luxury Suites were very accommodating, we checked in around 2300, which wasn’t a problem for them. Breakfast provided in a lovely dining/kitchen area. very close to the train/bus station which has been useful. The room itself was perfect for a couple, spacious and lovely toileting facilities.

The room was very nice and clean. The location is good

The breakfast was too poor for the price it requiered. It would have been nice to be able to have a possibility to talk to the host. We only interacted with the host via Booking messages.

We missed our first night due to late arrival but that is not the property’s fault🙂 We spend all our time out and about.

The location was very good, close to the Roma termini trainstation and walking distance from the main attractions of Rome

A little bit tricky locks on the doors but nothing we could not handle. The breakfast was not great but okay.
