Triviho Hotel

The room was great as expected, really clean and quiet, the staff was friendly and the location was spot on since it is close to many tourist attractions as well as the Roma Termini railway station. Breakfast was great with fresh croissants, fruit, eggs etc.

No complaints apart from really minor things, such as the breakfast room not having any windows which was a bit strange. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really nice Hotel with exceptionally nice staff in a convenient area very close to the subway. A little PAM supermarket is just minutes away and even though my room was street facing i did not find it to be loud. The rooms are nice and so is the art everywhere in the hotel. The minibar has very fair prices but leaves just enough space for your own stuff.

Minor gripes about the mirror situation in the bathroom. Sadly there is none directly above the sink, so shaving is a bit inconvenient, but still only a step and turn to the side. While there are enough towels the towel-hanging situations is a bit lacking.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable and very silent at night even though the city is very alive in that area. I loved how central I was to everything including the metro and taxi station. The best part about this hotel was the phenomenal staff and manager Oana. She helped me with anything that I needed and guided me in all the right directions as it was my first time in Italy. The hotel was kept spotless and my room cleaned as soon as I left in the morning. There was a lovely breakfast every morning and coffee was always available. It was also just super luxurious. I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you Triviho!!

We had a great stay at the Triviho hotel! When we arrived the lady on reception was very friendly and said our room had been upgraded last minute for free which was amazing. The room was a good size, quiet at night and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was good (the usual continental with pastries, some fruit, yoghurt, cheese, ham, eggs and hot drinks etc.) and the service from the staff was brilliant. The location is very good - a short walk down the hill towards the Trevi fountain and plenty of restaurants. There are also great bus connections close by to the rest of the city. Overall I would definitely recommend!

The only thing I can say here is that we struggled to find the hotel from the outside as it's a fairly plain door without a sign - but look for the Triviho flag above the building!

- We got free upgrade from Deluxe Double room to Superior suite without even asking. Not sure why it happened, we just silently enjoyed it - Room was huge, with great shower/bath. The is smart control for all lights/blinders/air conditioning near the bed, which was very convenient - Breakfast was good and relaxed, breakfast room wasn't too crowded - Reception was very attentive, helped with late check in, luggage storage on check-out, suggested places to visit and eat - Location is very convenient: 15min from train station, good places to eat nearby, no tourists/noize around the hotel but all tourist destinations are within walkable distance

- We got free upgrade from Deluxe Double room to Superior suite, so there isn't much to complain regarding room/service - Pastry for breakfast could have been better. We had much better pastry at cheaper hotels during our stay in Italy

The room was nice. Modern touch panel to open/close the curtains and control the lights

- When you turn off the lights at night, almost all the plugs are turned off making it difficult to charge you phone overnight. - We were put in a smaller room because the window in our original room was being renovated, yet they didn't adapt the price of the room. - There is a very nice and stylish glass door for the bathroom, yet it isn't designed to seal off the sounds coming from the bathroom. Luckily, we brought headphones

The whole experience was really good, probably the best hotels I've stayed in the last months. The room was amazing, clean, big and nicely decorated plus the staff were really friendly. Definitely good value for money.

One member of our group was vegetarian and felt a bit uncomfortable with the breakfast because they put the cheese and ham on the same plate. We requested if was possible to have different plates for the next day, but it was the same issue, so that could be improved. Apart from that breakfast was good.

Loved the location of the hotel where is was away from the crowds but close enough to walk to the tourist places. Loved the staff especially the receptionist who was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean, well worth the price we paid and the facilities were simple but adequate. Breakfast was also good, it had everything we needed to get our day started. The hotel also arranged our rt airport transfers that was very convenient for us.

Wifi in the rooms was slow but still working.

Central location close to metro station and many of the main attractions, very clean room, exceptionally comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Shower was strange, pressure and heat good, but due to way shower constructed was impossible to take shower without soaking bathroom floor. Rooms were very comfortable but if close to reception you can hear people checking in. Breakfast was not great, warm food had been sitting for some time and was cold, we skipped on final 2 days.

A fabulous hotel - our room was amazing! Very comfortable and immaculately clean - all fixtures and fittings to a very high standard and our room was really spacious too. The reception service was warm and welcoming. In the heart of the government district so really quiet at the weekend which we liked, and was easy to walk down into the city. Would definitely recommend, it was a lovely stay.

Unlike the fabulous service we received on arrival at the hotel, breakfast was quite a contrast. Quite low tables, which made it awkward, and also there wasn't enough seating for the number of guests staying in the hotel so it was a bit of a scramble to find a table. It felt quite disorganised and the staff were flustered and not particularly friendly. Food was unmemorable. Maybe a one off but we'd probably book room only if staying there again.
