In a word, everything. Very clean room and comfortable bed, plenty of space and a nice terrace. Very good coffee and delicious breakfast every morning. Also, the location is fantastic, close to Vatican and with a lot of transportation options around (metro, bus, tram) but suitable for walking too, it takes only 30 min to reach Piazza del Popolo by foot. On top of it, the kindness of Georgio, his willingness to help and share vacation tips with us was by far the best part. We love Rome and we had the chance to explore new places in the city, find some hidden gems and wander on tiny beautiful streets. Can't wait to visit again, it was a delight.

Giorgio was extremely friendly and attentive, as was the rest of the staff. Checkin went off without any issues, as did checkout. Giorgio was responsive, answering all messages and questions in a timely manner. He offered us plenty of tips on areas, restaurants, cafes, and hidden treasures to check out. You can tell that he has a passion for his city and that he has an exceptional service orientation. I would recommend Attimo A Roma in a heartbeat! (Giorgio's dog, Merlino the Labrador, made a brief appearance and brightened our day even more, so if you are lucky you may catch a glimpse of this big sweetheart as well!)

Cleaning. Big and confortable bed Close to public transport. Although you can go on foot to almost all places if you wish Quite area. Restauransts in the area. Owner eager to help with whatever you need.

Breakfast could improve. You ask for whatever you want every day and they prepare.it. But options are limited. Carton orange juice, coffee and some industrial cakes. The balcony is really nice but you dont have privacity with the next room. Folding screen or room divider would improve it. Hair dryer works less than a minute and then you need to wait for it to cold and work again

Room was pretty nice and clean. The location is very good, you can go everywhere by walk or there is underground station 10 min away. The owner gave us a map and show us places which are worth visiting. He also gave us a good tips for restauranst. He was very nice and willing to help everytime we needed. Breakfast was simple but good, we had croassants, coffee and juice. I would absolutely recomend this appartmant for couples, but i do not think it would be a suitable for families.

It was a wonderful stay, large and clean room, nice balcony view, beautiful building, friendly neighborhood. Giorgio helped us with everything we needed and was a friendly host. The location is close to Vatican and Piazza del Popolo. Two subway metro station are located in the vecinity, but we preferred to walk all around the city.

Perfect location for a short stay in the city! The neighbourhood in not far from the city centre, but it is still quiet. Giorgio is very kind, flexible and responsive by text. The breakfast was simple but good (with fresh croissants and squeezed orange juice among others) and we could take it on the balcony, which made it even more pleasant. Also, the air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable.

Decent location, host was extremely nice and helpful. Answered all our questions in a timely manner. Placed was clean as expected. Walking distance to the metro.

Was a bit expensive for what you get, but the kitchen was a nice touch with free snacks and coffee

Verry well placed, few good restaurants in 5 min, host verry nice and supportive.decent value for money. Felt good, safe and in good company (host and other guests) If back in Rome, taking in consideration to stay again.

Thin walls kind of taking off privacy, minor improovments could be made And ohh, some slippers would help :)

Everything was nice - the room, the balcony view, the breakfast on the balcony. Host was so kind and available for every question/request.

The internet was working on periods and the host was trying so hard to fix that problem so it wasn’t up to him but up to people working in that network company.

The place was amazing! Nice and cozy room, the bed is incredibly comfortable. Everything is new and modern. Giorgio is a great host, he recommended some city tour options (great places) and some delicious food places in the neighborhood. The location is great, walking distance to Vatican and city center, lots of food places nearby, grocery store across the street, shop with other different stuff just around the corner.
