The B Place

.Overall a really good option in Rome. The breakfast on the terrace is lovely, and the garden room, room 10, was super quiet as we had no neighbours. We would happily stay again. Recommend getting the metro to the accommodation from Termini... It's a 7min ride and €1.50 and the stop is right around the corner from the accommodation. The B Place is close to Castel D'Sant Angelo, the Vatican and Villa Borghese

I requested the green room with 4 poster bed, and the team allocated me that room prior to my arrival. However, I found that the room needed a fair bit of tlc when I checked in (4 poster was extremely rickety, and the room needs a full repaint due to the amount of scuffs and scrapes) so I requested a change (which was done with zero issue). The beds are on low metal frames and aren't awesome for a romantic experience, but for sleep they were comfortable enough.

Location to main turist sttraction and the ease due to the metro few steps away. Surrounding has loads of great places to eat good italian food where locals go to. Staff are super friendly.

-bit loud in the rooms -toilets and room needed a re-doing. Atleast the room I had. -bed has seen better days and the mattres had a clear dent in the middle.

Lovely staff and delightful breakfast on the rooftop. The room was great and a small lift was unusual in a refurbished building which was great.

It was right by the Metro which helped for travel but it was a bit too far from the centre by walking. Enjoyable but a good 45 minutes. Luckily they gave out free umbrellas! Great location for The Vatican however.

It was nice and quite. Very clean and comfortable.

It was far from centre. We thought it was Hotel no bar or food facilities. Just a B&B. Advertised as Hotel. We had to get a lot of taxis as we are pensioners long walks to entertainment and sightseeing .

Location is very comfortable to reach the most admirable landmarks. Room has this beautiful balcony, it is very comfortable. Breakfast was very delicious, terrace for breakfast is just wonderful (especially the church view). Room service was very clean and respectful (new towels and hygiene bottles is just wonderful idea).

Breakfast menu lacked vegetables (there were none of them). Room was too dark and not spaceful enough, i think. The main lift was way too small for even two persons.

The roon is super clean and comfortable, including good breadfast is an advantage, especially hotel's staff, Iggy, he is very friendly and nice, he supported me a lot for many different enquiries due to this is my first time in Rome. He managed to guide me on how to reach some great attractions and provided the variety of different useful information during the stays. The position is quite good and convenient. It's my great trip finally.

Second time staying in the B Place Hotel , nice clean rooms . We had a room with a balcony with a lovely view . Close to Vatican and many more attractions , lovely local area a bit away from the touristy crowds which we love. Very good price for what you get. Lovely roof top breakfast place .

With only 1 bus (3-5 stops) you could easily get into the center. The breakfast was really good, and the rooftop were you could eat your breakfast was amazing. Staff was nice, we arrived earlier than 15PM and they let us go to our room. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the bathtub was really special (as shown on the picture). There was 24h reception.

We could not open our window during night, because our room was located in the basement (floor -1), where next to our window there were the outside units of the air-conditioner and it was loud, and also there were no window-grate on the window, so someone could just jump into our room from the yard. But there was ventilating system in the room, so it was not hot inside.

Very convenient location walking distance to the Vatican and nearby restaurants. Good breakfast included with delicious pastries.

Shower drain was slow with the solution being to reduce water pressure. The room safe was not attached to anything and could easily walk off.

The location is quite convenient if you want to stay close to the main attractions but also want to stay in a calm neighbourhood. We used Lepanto metro station quite often which is 1 min. walking distance away. The breakfast on top floor was very good. We really enjoyed spending time there in the evenings. There is also a nice coffee shop right in the corner of the street, just next to the hotel.
