Location is awesome, close to metro, close to Vatican and lots of restaurants around. It was nice and clean, warm room, small bathroom, but exactly what you would need for a city break. Room was cleaned every day, which was really nice. Our host had several recommendations for where to eat or where to go - as for first timers in Rome.

I think our reservation mentioned something about a breakfast, free or paid, but there is no such thing - we didn't need breakfast, as we wanted to check the restaurants around, but don't expect any breakfast. Also, you will find this in other comments - I think it is important to be mentioned somewhere in the description that if you are to arrive later than 8 PM - there is a 20 euro fee - which is fine, understandable, but I think it should be mentioned.

Great location near the Vatican on a fairly quiet street. Lots of places to eat nearby. Right by the metro. My room faced onto an internal courtyard and could hear other residents chatting in the evening (not late) which was really nice. Tiny lift up to 3rd floor which was a relief with a big bag. Bed was really comfortable. For Rome and for the location this is probably good value for money. Will be more careful re arrival time next time!

A bit peeved at having to pay a surcharge to arrive at any time other than between 2 and 8. My flight didn’t land until 9.30pm so on top of the €50 taxi charge (was told by owner metro stops at 9.30) I had to pay a €20 surcharge. Slightly nitpicky but the coffee machine in the communal area didn’t work the whole time I was there. Also this is listed as a B&B but there was no breakfast. Easily solved at a lovely cafe just down the road but a little misleading.

Very cute building. Lovely entrance and courtyard with multiple locked doors, so very secure premise, but very authentic Italian building. Close walk to the Vatican City. Staff were fantastic meeting us earlier then anticipated for an early check in and giving us good safety hints and recommendations for restaurants. I’d happily stay here again. Much more relaxed vibe around the Vatican City then near the colosseum.

Shower pressure was not the best, but was ok.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for exploring Rome being close to The Vatican and a metro stop. I travelled with my mum and we both felt extremely safe at the apartment which was comfortable and also surprisingly quiet. There is a lovely bakery just down the road serving cakes, pastries and sandwiches - it was so good we went every morning of our stay!

Very well-situated bnb. Giuseppe was extremely helpful at check-in. Everything went smoothly. The cleaning lady was also quite helpful. Overall a good place for a week long stay in Rome!

Property well situated in the Vatican district. Good restaurants & bars close by. Walkable to main attractions. Giuseppe was a great host keeping in touch before and during our stay and kindly accommodated our request for an earlier check in. would definitely return

The person who I liaised with was very helpful and gave me some helpful information. The room was nice and big and very clean. It was in a great position for the metro and the Vatican. Felt very safe in the property and area as a silo traveller.

i would have liked an iron but the property policy was no irons.

very confident location, very easy to find and great local restaurants. quiet and friendly block of apartments with a great atmosphere.

My mum wanted a cup of tea but there were only a few cups so she didn’t have as many as she would have liked

Friendly and smiling hostess, the apartments are located in an old beautiful building, a cozy courtyard, the view from the windows is pleasant. Excellent location, 2 minutes walk to the metro, 800 meters from the Vatican.

There may be weak wi fi, no kitchen and no microwave oven, but we knew this in advance.

Great location:) Very responsive owner! He suggested restaurants, it was possible to write him at almost any time, he agreed that we will leave later. Thank you! Great location!!!
