Amazing, easy and flexible check-in, check-out system. Very responsive host. Location of this place is perfect (for the best walking tours in town, for the Vatican, metro, food, all you need. The neighborhood and the building itself are really lovely. Very safe area also at night for solo females). I loved the local tips Daniele shared with me! :) Very clean rooms. Also I want to warmly thank Daniele. He kindly accommodated my needs for a bigger room without charging me extra. I appreciate it because it shows the host cares for the guests, it is not all about money, and if he can do something to help, he does it. Besides the no extra-charge, I acknowledge he could have said he didn’t have any bigger rooms available and I would have stayed there anyway and could have not complained anyway. Thank you!

Nothing to complain about.

Everything was just perfect! The the location is very good and central (near the subway station, 10 minutes walking from Vatican and 15 minutes walking from the Castel Sant'Angelo). The neighborhood is full of good restaurants and cafés but at the same time quiet, safe and calm. The apartament is very clean and comfortable. Daniele is very nice and always willing to help. I could recommend Mulini A Vento to everyone - it was ideal place to spend few beautiful days in Rome.

Staff was so helpful in providing information before and during our trip. Very responsive in WhatsApp. Very clean room. Beds were comfortable, the pillows especially. WiFi worked well. They let us leave our luggage after checkout which was really helpful as our plane left that night. Lots of restaurants around. About a 15 minute walk to the Vatican. Safe neighborhood. It's easy to get a cab to pick you up there using a taxi app. Would stay there again. Did not get breakfast included so cannot speak to that.

I wish there was an alarm clock in the room so I didn't have to always look at the phone for the time. And worry phone alarm might not work. I like back ups.

The location in Prati was excellent for us. Five minutes walk to the Vatican and two minutes walk to the Metro subway station in Ottaviano. A Carrefour grocery store is also nearby. The room was very clean. In fact, it is cleaned daily. Daniele was very gracious and helpful as host. Very attentive too. Renata, his assistant was helpful as well. Thanks!

Like most AirBnBs, a microwave oven must have been provided. As you know, we prefer to eat warm food, especially for breakfast.

very clean room with comfortable bed. the room has airco and a smart tv. the host was very friendly and helpful. room was cleaned perfectly every day. location is at walking distance (7min) from vatican city and very close (1min walk) to metro/subway and bus stops. lots of restaurants, café’s and 2 supermarkets all at walking distance. great b&b for traveling on a budget.

the walls of the rooms are quite thin, so we could hear the neighbour coughing and snoring at night

Very good hotel, perfect value for money. The staff is great, everyone is very nice and helpful. The location is great too, the beach is a few minutes walk away. The centre is also within walking distance, but there are plenty of restaurants, bars and entertainment nearby. We had a great time and are grateful to the staff for their kindness and helpfulness! We can only recommend the hotel, we will definitely return here :)

Staying here was the best choice for us. The room was very clean, and it had everything we needed. Breakfast is delicious, it is served in a café in front of the building. We could reach everything by walk, but the Ottaviano metro station is very close. Our host was very helpful and kind, he recommended great restaurants for us. We liked the modern check-in system.

Very kind Renata,the woman who welcomed and who cares to be clean every morning;🤗 The place is literally 5 min to Vatican,St.Peter on foot;Renata gived us map of Rome and explained in details every memorability in the city, how to visit them and so on;around this place is one of the most delicious pizza-L'Isola della Pizza There are restaurants, bars,shops,souvenirs shops,candy shops-you'll be on the top location!!! Thanks to made our trip more comfortable and attractive!🤗🤗🤗

Everything was ok.Was clean,cosy,very comfortable bed. The bad is smaller,but this is Italy🙂 ^

Rooms where clean and tidy, with easy access from the street, the lady who greeted us was very nice and friendly,

The beds are a bit on the small side, nearly fell out of bed a couple of times, the walls are paper thin and the person in one of the adjoining rooms kept us awake most nights, with his snoring and belching,

Daniele was extremely helpful and friendly and helped us with tips on restaurants and travelling, even ordering our taxi for us. The breakfast was great at Mozarts, across the road with friendly staff (Fiorella) and owner, Maria. It's always the people that make your stay enjoyable. Clean rooms, kettle and tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided. Very central. Thank you everyone for our very pleasant stay in Rome once again 😀
