The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome. Our room was nice, I loved the interesting design and the beautiful building. They cleaned our room every day, and changed our towels every other day, which was amazing! The location is great, as it's close to the Ottavian metro station, the Vatican, and plenty of shops and restaurants. For us, it was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! The only thing that could be improved is perhaps the shower which was a little old in our room. But overall, it was a wonderful room.

The location was good and the rooms were clean and orderly and pretty. We had an air conditioning, iron for clothes and hair dryer included. The building was nice, had a pharmacy just outside along with supermarkets and other comodities and it is very close to rhe subway, and had big secure door so it felt safe. Furthermore we had roll up and down window covers which was awesome in helping to isolate the outside noise

The walls were thinner and you could hear others or the reception. Which wasn't ideal but overall didn't affect our stay or cause us any discomfort.

The best place to stay in Rome. Najlepsze miejsce w Rzymie. Polecam bardzo. I liked everything. The owner is Super helpful, open and kind, a gentleman. The personnel is very nice too. The location is superb, 5 steps to the Metro station. You can easily go everywhere from this place, on foot, by bus, metro. Also 10 minutes walk to St Peter's basylique. The room was huge, cosy, and the building nicely renewed. If I come back to Rome I definitely will use this address again. :) Recommend.

This is our second stay at Il Gattopardo Relais. You cannot beat the location; it is only a 7 minute walk to St Peter's Sqaure, 5 minutes to the Vatican Museum, 3 minutes to a metro station and a couple of minutes from many bus stops. The rooms are a good size, with lots of storage. The hotel has only 6 rooms, which makes it very cosy. The front desk staff are welcoming and can arrange for dinner reservations, transport to the airport, etc. For the street side rooms, the exterior metal shutters block out the noise and assure a peaceful night's sleep.

Location was superb. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We arrived early expecting to leave our cases and then return to check-in, however our rooms were ready so we were able to access the rooms straight away.

2 very minor points. Firstly. There were no glasses in the room. We had to buy a pack of plastic cups to be able to have a drink. Secondly, our toilet seat was broken.

Everything else was great.

It would be helpful if staff were on reception for all of check out (for example 8am) we estimated a check out of 10, but needed to leave at 9:30, but no staff were available, so we had to leave extra money for the city tax without change being given, without breakfast too as we woke at 8:30am and nobody was on reception, sometimes plans change so they should not assume an estimated check out time will always happen. Also parking is just on the roads outside, which you will be lucky to find a parking spot. Also parking is not free as advertised on booking.com.

Very good location - 5 minutes to vatican. Many restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds. Classy and elegant design in rooms.

Some glasses, tea and kettle in the room would very helpfull.

Very good Location, the room was big and very clean.

Wifi doesn’t to work, shower was not working good, I had problems to do the check in (the bell was not working and I had to wait for a long time outside with my suitcase).

The location is great, near metro and Vatican also you can explore whole city while walking! The stuff is good.

I didn’t like the bathroom it was so old but good for short stay that’s all!
