it was so clean that I could of ate and licked the floor , it was so easy to get around to the colessium , 1 bus 20 mins . so many stores, Resto , there’s a park for kids , caffès , grocery store.

i loved the everything about it if ur looking for a comfortable and cozy room this is perfect the owner is very helpful and kind always available and the room was vey clean and well equipped I loved it it’s better than the five stars hotel!!! if I’m going to Rome again I’ll surely stay here!!

The reception and the whole treatment was exceptional. The hotel was well located near the subway and the area was very good, with markets within easy reach. In addition, it was possible to walk from the hotel to the subway without any worries.

The room was very bright, spacious & clean. The neighborhood has a lot of supermarkets, cafe and convenient stores. The metro station is about a 15 minute walk.

We only had one key so if someone wanted to stay in they couldn’t leave the apartment.

very quiet and residential area

The place is decently clean. It's also near fermatas (bus stops) that will bring you around the key areas. The neighborhood is fairly peaceful and quiet. The owner has a unit just outside the main door.

Check-in is strictly at 3pm only. We arrived late and lucky for us, the café downstairs let us park our 7 luggages there. The building is old and the room's balcony is small, dirty, no view and is hot because the compressor is just beside the seats. The lift is too old as well. The bathing area is too small and the rooms are not as nice as the ones in the photos

The room was clean and comfortable and, even though we didn't meet the host, everything was organised so that we could access the room and handle check-in and check-out without his presence. All the communication with the host was managed through Whatsapp and phone call, and he was ready to answer.

The stay didn't respect our expectations, because the facilities that were reported in the description regarding the common spaces (common room/TV area, kitchen, terrace) were not accessible because those spaces had been used to host other guests.
