Hotel Lancaster

Super comfortable location. a walking distance from train station. There is a Carrefour near by which was great. I traveled to Eurovision and it was a pleasant surprise that the Arena is 4 stations ahead (the tram station is just in front of the hotel). The hotel staff (reception and dining room were very friendly, kind and very helpful). Even the cleaning staff are so nice and freindly.

The air-condition in the room (all rooms) did not work. it is not possible at this time (mid May) to survive without air-condition. The reception of the hotel changed my room to a lower flour which was an upgrade (from single to double) and the breeze was fine.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable. The hotel was quiet and there was a beautiful view of the mountains from my window. The decor was pleasant.

The breakfast was nice and there was good selection for many people. However, it would be very nice if additional items could be added for those with dietary restrictions such as dairy or gluten allergies.

This hotel is in the business district so if you arrive late there isn't much open. We were lucky enough to find a brilliant pasta restaurant very nearby. The parking is paid but the system works well. The staff were really excellent.

The decor is a real mix of a great many styles. Stripes, flowers, metallics - it makes for quite a busy interior. The room was incredibly hot - and we visited in December. We couldn't turn the heating down.

Little bit old interior. Need updated. The walls are not soundproofing, so you can hear everything, next door. One sheet to cover yourself in the night, which was not pleasant . A blanket must be in every hotel, so this one doesn’t have something like this. Faraway from city center.

The room was clean and breakfast was really good. I travelled alone and only paid 80€ for one night including breakfast. Price in relation with the quality this was excellent experience. The hotel is located in safe area and the reception was open 24/7.

From your room you could hear very well people talking in the aisle and this disturped my sleep a little.

The hotel isn't close to the city center but it is possible to go on foot, including most of the time I walked. If you don't want to walk, you can take a tram. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff are helpful and attentive.

Nothing in the mini bar. only 1 bottle of water was provided for 3 nights ( but was provided by request). location is good, but a bit far from city center. Breakfast was okay, but not excellent.

The hotel undersells itself. It's far more beautiful and closer to everything you'll need to see and do in Turin than advertised! The staff was helpful and approachable, and the room was far nicer than advertised! Really pleased!

It was a great location - not far from the town centre and it was not in a busy and noisy district. It was a great balance.

The lighting in the bathroom was not great. It would benefit from a local light over a mirrow.

We'd had a hard day and it was late. The reception dude was smiley and truly helpful, from finding us somewhere to stash our bikes and suggesting a very pleasant place to dine, to telling me how to cycle to the other main station for our next train, the TGV to Paris, first thing in the morning.
