Location was great, accommodations very clean, bathroom was large and shower worked great, AC also worked great. Inner courtyard view was very nice. Room aesthetics were great and added to the quality of our stay. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The room we had was TINY I’m sure you could have a different room and it would be fine but just be warned for two people only one suitcase could be open at a time. The bed was a good size and comfortable but just lack of other space. Also, the hotel has no common areas really for sitting or lounging after the day so ur really either out or in the tiny room

Location was amazing!! La Fenice theatre 2 minutes. Rialto bridge 6 minutes. Sn Mark 7 minutes by walk. This place exactly center of everywhere. Manager was so nice and helpful. She try to solve our alllll problems with a passion. There is a tea/coffee maker in the room. When I need an iron she gave me. Not charge it. Thank you! The room was so artistic wallpapers. Feels like sleep in 19s century. There were too many towels in the bathroom. We don’t need more in 3 days. There is no problem about hot water. Internet was excellent. Zero problem about connection. If I come to Venice again I am going to stay here again and again. Strongly advise !

I booked this room based on price and previous reviews. We wanted a quite stay for our first night where we could get a good night sleep. It was perfect and you can't beat the price. We ended up staying at a fancier hotel, but in all honesty, we could have stayed here the entire visit and been very pleased. We don't normally eat breakfast, and was grateful to have some coffee in the room-that was a bonus for me. The owner was very helpful and nice!

I didn't realize the plug in was for mosquitoes-I thought it was an air freshener-I could have missed reading a note on that.

The hotel was near all the sites and you could easily walk to them. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. The lady who ran the place was very nice and helpful.

The location is a bit of a hike from the place where any of the water taxies dropped you off so you had to schlep your luggage a ways. Also the hotel was small and didn't have an elevator so more schlepping.

Nice, friendly and responsible staff. Liked extras- tea and coffee.

There was any kind of mismatching probably in booking side with reservation. I did booking for 2 separate beds and paid for it extra fee( is double bed costed 89 eur, I paid for 2 separate 104eur and 2separate beds were mandatory request. On arriving Ive got 1 double bed. When asked for cancelling my booking , they asked for keep my payment. Finally agree on how it is... I think booking must improve this booking and cancellation program. Otherwise it looks like fraudulence.

It was decorated very nicely. Location. Centrally located. Quiet at night.

The room was extremely small. two adults with two suitcases and no where to put them. we were constantly tripping over them. The only linens on the bed were one simple cotton sheet and one very thin coverlet. There no other available blankets around. There was also no one around to talk to about getting a blanket. There was no shampoo or conditioner available either.

great location ~8 min walk to San Marco piazza. lots of small restaurants around that cater to different price ranges. easy to get to waterbus stops to or from coach/ train stations nice bathroom and room and fridge and air conditioning

the bed and the room was a little small for two people, but we had the small double room so I suppose this was to be expected.

Lovely and gorgeous interior, comfortable bed and clean shower rooms.

The water pressure in the shower felt weak. It doesn’t have any elevators, so it's hard to carry heavy luggage up.

My stay at Casa Fenice, was amazing. Our room was beautiful and it was really clean. The lady that greeted us on our arrival was so kind and helpful. The location is great too, very central and near all of the main sights in Venice. Definetly recommend staying there. And it had air conditioning which is a must in the heat of Venice in summer time.

Fantastic location between Accademia and Rialto Bridges - very convenient, no vaporetto needed. Very friendly and helpful hostess. Room with charming decor and superb pillows 😍

Noisy bed was the only downturn, but for 2 nights it wasn't a major issue.
