Very friendly staff throughout. Great breakfast and liked the staggered system to book so it wasn’t too crowded. Powerful shower, clean room, lots of towels. Easy to find and near some main attractions.

Good location but quite noisy and to be honest, any location in Venice is good as there are bars and restaurants everywhere and it’s a relatively small place to walk around. Air con didn’t seem to work but to be honest we didn’t ask. No tea or coffee facilities but this seems to be the norm now, fridge was a bit fousty smelling. Pillows were flat and bed hard which didn’t bother me but could bother some. No full length mirror in room which is my pet hate.

An excellent hotel and room. The staffs were warm and cordial. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a balcony outside with a view of the St. Mark's campanile and you could hear the bells ringing from the hotel. The location is excellent where you are basically within a short walk-away from San Marco square and the Rialto bridge. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of selections, both hot and cold food. Highly recommended.

The roof at the bathroom was low, so either you'll hit your head when taking a shower or slightly duck, which was a bother. There was no curtain around the bathtub/shower and water tends to splash into the bathroom floor as a result.

We adored this hotel, perfect location for food and drinks with very reasonable prices - in the middle of main attractions and so much more! it boasts a beautiful,authentic venison aesthetic the rooms where very spacious clean and had all amenities we needed , Breakfast was included with stay and it had a wide variety of hot and cold food and drinks all good quality we really enjoyed the lattes and croissants, The staff were so friendly and accommodating they couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable , especially Luca who speaks a variety of languages and went out of his way to make sure we where at ease and accommodate us with a very late departure from hotel would definitely recommend to anybody and can not wait to return for another amazing stay we would not stay anywhere else now we know about this wonderful home away from home in Venice

The room was exceptionally clean and the décor was traditionally Venetian which was very nice. Excellent WiFi, good bathroom, comfortable beds and a short walk to St Marks. Very quiet room which was appreciated.

We all know how busy hotels in Venice become towards the summer. Yet, I was twice asked what time I was planning on checking out the following morning. After a few difficult days with very little sleep, I was really hoping that I could take things easier on the morning that I was leaving rather than feeling rushed out of there.

The hotel was easy to locate because it is along a well-known road. The Doge Palace & St Mark's Basilica were within walking distance. Numerous restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel offer a variety of cuisine. Breakfast was good even though the space was rather too small. The room was quaint, making it a unique experience.

The breakfast staff was sometimes impatient and didn't always communicate well. The hotel is surrounded by various buildings and doesn't offer much of a view. We also had to leave the room keys and collect them from the front desk when we returned which gave it a dormitory feel.

The hotel was very responsive. Always replying within the hour & putting my mind at ease with accessibility for my disabled mother. Anytime we needed anything whether it was an extra pillow or more towels, they were very accommodating. The location is excellent & the directions they gave me from the airport to the hotel via the Vaperetto were perfect. Its literally a 2min walk from the Rialto stop. A 5 min walk to the Rialto Bridge & San Marcos Square. Restaurants and shops literally on your doorstep made life very easy.

The lift broke while we were there which meant having to climb 4 flights of stairs on our final night. They arranged for breakfast in our room & brought down our suitcases so that my mother didn't have to go up and down.

The location was excellent. It was just a couple minute walk to St. Mark's Square. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had a large wardrobe, desk, safe, stocked fridge (tucked away behind a cabinet door in the desk), and comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent with pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit, eggs and bacon, and several kinds of fruit juices and coffees. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

I was there long enough it would have been helpful to have a couple of drawers or shelves to unpack clothes into (maybe part of the wardrobe could have had shelves).

Excellent location, lots of shops and restaurants on doorstep, comfortable and very clean large double room, staff friendly and helpful. Towels were changed daily.

Lighting in room was very dim, particularly difficult for makeup etc. Can be noisy early morning and late in evening due to busy location, but didn't bother us too much, shutters keep out some of the noise.

Traditional Venetian style, with modern comforts. Clean, comfortable bedding. Excellent location. Excellent breakfast - scrambled eggs are amazing!

No air conditioning during our stay - only heating which is due to time of year (April) which is quite common in older hotels from what we understand. Unfortunately we had to sleep with windows open so we were all bitten by mosquitoes and quite uncomfortable at night with the stuffiness of the room.

we liked absolutely everything. The location is unbeatable, so close to all sights: 5m from San Marco square, 10m to Rialto bridge. The stuff was super friendly and helpful, reception works 24/7. Very clean and comfortable room, interior of the room super beautiful😍 Cleaning service works perfectly. Many thanks to all the team for making our stay amazing!
