- Location is very good. Within walking distance of Sendai Station and lots of shopping areas - Clean - Room is a bit tight, but you get what you pay for so it wasn’t so bad
- No available parking, and the close paid parking is on the expensive side if you don’t check out before about 7am - Check in process is kind of tedious, especially if you have more than one room. - The bathroom is a different story. Very tight, especially in the shower if you’re tall. It’s also the style where water easily gets all over the rest of the bathroom/counter and whatnot. - I tried messaging the hotel before arrival with some questions, and they only answered one. Very poorly too. Not great at communication.

Nice reasonable place to stay in Sendai city. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I stayed during the Sendai Tanabatta festival and the hotel was very near the festival location!
The air conditioning was kinda of weak so the room felt hot sometimes.

A small, quiet, clean room with comfortable bed and pillows was perfect for my stay. I appreciate there was both a refrigerator and microwave so I could prepare basic meals in my room. The desk was adequate for computer work and wifi connection was stable. Functionally it's as good as much more expensive business hotels, the difference is the room is more compact and there are no amenities like breakfast or left luggage.
Only one elevator means waits around checkout time. The air inlets could use a better quality filter to reduce soot from traffic and the neighboring construction site (circa April 2021). The screen on the air purifier was covered in dust- surprising for a hotel that's 2 months old. Clean the filter every now and again.

Lobby was covered in a complete mess of signage because of the various rules and systems that were different or non functional or with different hours than expected. Wifi didn't work half the time.
