Daiwa Roynet Hotel Sendai

They were very close to the Sendai station and there were so many restaurants around there.

The hotel room doesn’t have any drawers. It seems not many people stay longer.

Great location right next to the station. Helpful staff and rooms are good if a bit small for two people and luggage. Laundry facilities on site and plenty of restaurants and shops in and around the station.

Room was quite small with one side of the bed against the wall. No English speaking TV we could find nor ability to mirror or use Netflix. Likely more of a business hotel.

A well-sized room with a comfortable bed and good lighting. The buffet breakfast was served in a restaurant on the property. A selection of bathroom amenities were available near the front desk. Conveniently located very close to JR Sendai station and the Morning Market.

the location was good as Sendai station has lots of food eateries and shops. however, the hotel room looks dated and it is small. 10th floor is a smoking floor so do avoid going to use the microwave or get ice or vending machine if you don’t like smoke smell. I would still choose Daiwa Roynet hotel for other cities.

Everything, politeness and helpfulness of staff. Room was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

They have 3 hotels in the vicinity of the train station and I initially went to the wrong one. Being more specific about this point would be helpful.

Room was much bigger than expected and had lots of free of charge amenities. The buffet breakfast had a really big selection of western and Japanese food too.

We had an issue with the AC in the room where the on/off light would flash and sometimes the screen would blink on and off. Wallpaper in our room was a bit dirty.

Only niggle is the small number of hangers, and the lack of storage space.

Bit strange set up of the room. Breakfast limited on "western style" options. Take care with booking because there are TWO hotels with the same name, one on each side of the station!

it’s very close to Sendai Station, the room size is excellent. The bathroom is perfect. it’s great value. The place is very quiet and modern, there are stores and convenience stores nearby.

The property has a great location and has everything you need. Use this hotel if you’re wanting to spend most of your time out and about. It’s everything you could need but don’t expect and frills

I wish there were more options for free things to watch in English on the TV. Even YouTube or to be able to sign into your Netflix would be nice.
