proximity to the Willer Bus stop going to Shinjuku. They also have free coffee at the lobby, a nice touch considering it’s cold outside

The staff did not smile or spoken any English. He didn’t care for the parking location. Staff on the phone told me we do not speak English. Very unfriendly. They could not produce a copy of the booking.
