Del Mar Inn Playas

I liked that it was close to the beach. The rooms were very spacious. Never went into the pool because it was cold and during hurricane season. It was close enough to the US that I could actually use my cell phone since I had no international cell phone service. I would stay there again.

I would of liked it better if it had an ice machine. I had medicine that needed to be kept cold and they were nice enough to let me put in their personal refrigerator until I was ready to leave.

We love that it is safe, especially for your vehicle. They have 24 hr armed security at all times, parking inside. We love the rooms, the jacuzzi room is a great value. Also a restaurant on site and there is bomb taco stand across street and also a liquor store across street as well. We have stayed other places at playas de TJ, but since we stayed here, we will continue to do so. Clean, friendly staff and safety! love it. They have a pool too!

I really enjoyed the location and how close it was to the beach.

I didn’t like that it had no desk area, not microwave or a fridge at all. it was pretty basic for the price. I heard through here that there was breakfast but I was never told of this by the staff so I missed out on that.

I love that it's walking distance to playas de Tijuana

Everything was fine, except I didn't like that we were charged $12 dollars for a bath mat towel that we cleaned a coca cola spill up with because they said it was dirty! "It was obvious that it was soda" and the pool is not visible to any of the rooms! I didn't even know there was a pool! And inside parking spaces are very limited, so you have to park out near the street, other than that it's a good place to stay!

I booked through the app Booking and the description reads the pool is heated. That was the thing that convinced me to book and it was such a let down to discover that it's a lie.

The First time I went to Tijuana I was lucky to booked my stay here...I loved the Location, friendly staff, room was very clean, and most important I feel secure because security now, is very important.. Is perfectly located, walking distance from the beach, and also to the big stores like Walmart Cali max also close by.... and at the same time is away from the highly noisy and transited famous beach street area ... The thing that I love the most is... it was built like an Hacienda style... makes me feel comfy just like at my grandmas Hacienda in Michoacán. don’t hesitate booking a room here you will like it, I can even say you will love staying here.

The staff was friendly, always ready for help. We feel comfortable y safate.

Room need extra place for desabilite need like weel chear, lift etc and ramp for enter in the room. If can have a less one room with this extra space. I wish have microwave. Refrigerator and cafetera.

nothing all is excellent but we prefer to get mini bar or fridge and kettle in the room

The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The room was cozy and their restaurant had a lovely buffet with an excellent price. There was also security on the premises. Not too much noise either.

Their was not anything I disliked about this hotel.

Everything in the room was new and high quality the pool was nice and the restaurant was a great value for the price. Definitely will return! 24 hour security was a bonus.
