we arrived from doing some shopping and it was 9:40pm when we stopped by the front desk to see if the restaurant was still opened. Front desk agent said yes it closes at 10pm but even if you walk in at 9:55pm they will still serve you. I proceeded to the restaurant and it was 9:43pm by that time and the server mentioned it was closed already. i informed him the front desk said we could still get service. I could tell the server was bother and told us to take a table and he’s response to us was “ Ok sit down and order fast” my wife was bothered by he’s remark and we got up and left.

Clean. No bad smells. FUNCTIONAL. RELIABLE. Friendly. Always extra-mile very helpful staff inside and out. Beautiful and friendly lobby. The restaurant on site is very good. I stayed at Hotel Palacio Azteca once before and had a wonderful time. This trip I reserved a hot tub room at another hotel in Zona Centro (H.A. on Miron between Negrete and Ocampo), but H.A. was so bad that I ran to wonderful Hotel Palacio Azteca instead. Palacio Azteca accommodated me in a pinch. I rely upon Palcio Azteca.

I had to reset the AC unit a couple of times to get it to work right, but that was nothing. I rely upon Palacio Azteca. I know Palacio Azteca would have fixed things up right if the AC was not working.

The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful, check in was quick and painless .Our room was roomy, very clean and comfortable. The guest areas as well, very clean and tidy. I really recommend you buy the breakfast package because it is an excellent value for your money, it is a delicious Mexican breakfast buffet and you get omelets made to order, we ate outside in the beautiful patio overlooking the pool. They have valet parking which takes away the hassle of finding a parking spot, and their parking structure made us feel like our car was safe. Check out was a snap as well. We had a great experience overall!

They don't have a jacuzzi.

Like i saud a New guy in the restaurant hes been there a short while was very helpful, also one of the valet men was very helpful as well . i know when i arrived on this last Thursday he was working till 11pm friday night he started his shift at 11pm. Very nice and helpful.

After a day at the dentist having work done. Wanted something soft to eat, enchiladas they had on the menu, my son got tacos i got the enchaladas, horrible, corn tortillas green sauce cheese on top grilled peppers and onions inside, i wanted cheese enchaladas. The carne asada tacos no flavor alot of fat, i ordered chips and salsa tortilla chips were stale as coyld be waiter brought out. A tin coffee6cup with about 2-3 tablespoons of salsa that tasted like rotten tomatoes. The waiter NOW, HE just acted like he didn't want to be there, it was like alot of trouble asking and ordering what we would like. They differently need a waiter6that is a people person. Now they had a New GUY there he was very helpful. He said he's only been there a couple of months.

The staff, from the gentlemen in the front to reception were all super friendly and welcoming. The hotel lobby is clean and the room spotless! It is a great hotel, with all the perks, such as a gym, restaurant, bar, gym, pool. You can tell the staff takes pride in their work, since all areas were very well kept.

The only thing I would've loved would be to have a mini fridge. I always take my protein shakes with me and specific snacks that I eat for my diet, and it would've been great to be able to keep them in a fridge. However, I did bring my little cooler.

The room was clean, comfortable and met my expectations. I like the fact that the hotel has a private bar aside from the restaurant. Parking included is a plus! Pool water is cold, yet has a really nice setting.

It would be nice to provide a refrigerator in the room. My stays are usually four days, three nights I like to buy snacks and drinks.

Convenient and safe location in the city center. the breakfast was really great especially the omelet/egg grill option. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

The gym was underwhelming and the machines were outdated. Parking was confusing as you have to go through valet but it’s tight getting into the front of the hotel lobby through a turnaround.

The location & the friendly staff. The hotel is very nice & well maintained. The lobby area has a very relaxing atmosphere with a small bar with live music.

The breakfast wasn't free. We were told it was, but we got charged. Next time, I'll just go across the street to eat, not a big deal.

Super clean and fancy.

The bed was a little stiff and walls are extremely thin can hear everything outside and I was on the 7th floor. There was a wedding going on on ground floor and can hear everything and window was closed.

It was in a good location, decent rooms, affordable.

Both rooms we were placed in had connecting doors (we changed rooms wgile in our stay) so, the doors make it a bit loud if the people next door are having just a regular conversation. The valet staff are kinda loud, you can hear them from your room if it's facing the driveway
