Best Western Americana Inn

I like how there was plenty of parking available by my room. There’s also a lot of fast food restaurants open 24 hrs near by. The AC is quick at cooling the room. I liked the extra sink that was in the room. The fridge and recycling bins are appreciated and useful. Pillows and bed were comfy.

High touch surfaces were dusty. The carpet was wet as well. I also attempted to use the coffee maker in the room, but it was dirty and once I cleaned it and made my coffee, it didn’t taste good at all. I’m not picky with coffee I use instant coffee at home, but this just tasted old. I was able to get a coffee by the desk when I was checking out which I appreciate because the one in the room failed me.

I stayed here for 8 days. We are a family of 4 with 2 small children. Everything was very clean and the property felt very safe. They have breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly at the front desk and housekeeping staff looks like they work very hard and we’re also very friendly. I would for sure stay here again. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and the staff was friendly.

Our 1st time staying with BW the place was clean, bed comfortable smal couch firm and comfy ,the room looked new very well kept up , very comfortable stay , definitely will be back !! Breakfast was great , the set up was very nice , you could sit inside or outside in a nice area. Workers were all very polite and respectful !

the front desk staff were very nice, the room was lovely and very clean and the beds were comfortable. they have upgraded bath products in the bathroom and a nice refrigerator and microwave. The free breakfast was wonderful! hot scrambled eggs, sausages, breads, pastries, waffles and even yogurt and fruit as well as cereal. I was very impressed with this hotel!

Friendly staff and good facilities, close to the border.

Simple breakfast (scrambled eggs, cereals, toast, yogurt, flavoured water, americano, some muffins/croissant, processed meat sausages/patties) - no vegetables. Car needed.

modern design of the rooms and high quality toiletries, clean sheets and comfortable mattress, nice decor and furniture, very spacious room, overall cozy ambiance of the room and hotel, complimentary breakfast, did not want to leave, easy in and out

Room was clean and big with sitting area & nice Bathroom and shower.

I made reservations for 3 rooms and paid in advance. The guy at check-in did not know what he was doing... He told me I did not pay and that he had to charge me again but that some money would be refunded but did not explain it was a refundable deposit. When asked if our rooms were close together as requested he said they were in different buildings... Then asked for keys back twice before finally getting us rooms close together. Asked him if he was new and he said no, he wasn't. He was not comfortable checking us in at all. It should have been a very simple process but we had to wait a long time... not good. The morning staff was great!

It was a nice hotel room. The staff were nice. Is near a few fast food places and restaurants right next door. The bed was comfy. The room was clean, did not see anything crazy.

Wish they put more towels in room, though you can ask for more if needed. The walls are very thin, could hear the people next to you, sounded like the person staying above us was moving all types of furniture and jumping like a mad man.

Loved the people attending if they did not have the answers they found them. The ladies that clean were awesome with my parents . Always attending to them when they called for new towels or any essentials from the room. The place is clean comfortably nice. They accommodated my parents who are 90 years old so we’ll loved it will come back soon. Definitely recommend it

No elevator to the second floor, I checked in at night and had to carry my really heavy bags upstairs (i’m a very petite 21 year old girl) Thankfully at check out I could find a staff member to help me
