I was not told of deposit and or leave ID at front desk. Also, I asked for a ground floor room, i was told none were available even at an extra price. I was put on 3rd floor. While walking towards my room you could see all the empty rooms. During my stay I left the room many times and the rooms stayed empty. I asked for an extra 2 nights and was told at that time in chit chat about the weather that majority of the rooms were empty. I at that time asked then why was I refused a ground floor room when I had stated that I needed one due to health ailment. I was given a ridiculous answer to the fact that they couldn't tell me why but the girl who was at the desk was new. Maybe that was the reasoning and they offered me to move to a ground floor room at an extra price. I respectfully declined. I had already lugged all my luggage up to the 3rd floor. I wasn't moving it again until I was leaving

To be honest hotel is not bad.
Internet is weak. Sometimes you're waiting minutes for internet. If you want to use A/C then you need to put 400 peso deposit.
