I really liked the location and the friendly staff. The breakfast was good, and it was always replenished. The hotel is about a 15-minute walk to downtown and 7 minutes to the malecon. The room was clean and comfortable and close to a restaurant. A good place to eat tasty local food, Conchita Cervera, is just three streets down on Calle 49-B.

The hotel has good location and there is large parking in front of the hotel. The room was very spacious and newly furnished. The bathroom was big enough, it even had a hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good.
In the evening they ran out of hot water for showering. The wi-fi in the room did not work.

The hotel was nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at a walking distance to the government office where I had to get my son's passport. It also has stores like Sam's Club and Home depot and banks behind the hotel. The Gulf of Mexico is also nearby

Excellent location, walking distance from the main square and Malecón. Clean but very basic rooms. Breakfast was also rather limited (due to the pandemic). There are some good restaurants walking distance. Staff at the reception were super friendly.
Small rooms, typical for the chain, which was expected. Beds were a bit hard and pillows not as big and soft. Would have loved to see a better breakfast.
