It's very well located in the city center, great for walking distance to everywhere. I parked in the last spot in front of the hotel. I was upgraded to a bigger room. The most peculiar pool, built accross 3 houses (you have to see it). Good wifi.
Restaurant was empty at night (with lots of mosquitoes), and the bar was closed for a drink that I had at the restaurant. Luckily I had dinner in town before, and calle 59 nearby has plenty of dining options. More expensive for no reason vs. Hacienda Temozon, or Hacienda Santa Rosa where I stayed a few days before (same group).

The room was huge and beautiful. The place is really beautiful. Really great location and parking just in front of the hotel. We loved the little attention, notes and fruits and water bottle twice a day.
The shower was not great.. Low pression and heat hard to control. The swimming pool is very nice but only 4 long chairs around it and 15 rooms so we could not go to the pool the first day. Breakfast not included which is a shame with the night rate...

The Location at Valle was nice. Breakfast was delecious but not easy to find out what is included or not. Staff is very friendly. You should speak some words spanish this helps as always in mexico ;)
Room was closed to Calle 59 a bar / restaurant at Calle 59 so its very noisy at night (weekends). There are other rooms in the back of the hotel. These may be a bit quieter.

Beautiful open air hotel, we were greeted by friendly members of staff after a very long drive. The rooms are have walls made of stone and wood which is a lovely touch and different to a slick modern hotel. Lovely spacious bathroom area. The pool is a pretty cool sight too!
- The food at the hotel restaurant was not up to standards with the hotel. We were the only ones there one evening and the food took a long time to come and also was quite mediocre.

This is an exceptionally beautiful property. The staff is wonderful. A shout out to Cesar who gave us so much information about what to do and what is open and to Sue, our server at the restaurant. During Covid they work very hard to make you comfortable and clean.
