Decent room, good breakfast, very nice terrace with a beautiful view of the town. Very helpful staff, in Spanish only. Quiet, some minutes walking away from the heart of the city.
Parking is either with an extra cost in a small yard or on the steep ramp in front of the entrance for free. In the latter case the car keys must be left in the reception because it gets packed. No problems with it. From the entrance to the reception and to most of the rooms it's only stairs, which can be annoying if you have a heavy suitcase on wheels. Staff is helpful anyway.

I liked the view though it is very far from centre good food for breakfast buffet, but we were on a time where it seems a very big group of people were on a church celebration, and it was very unconfortable having breakfast with so much noise, we left early breakfast and hotel because it was very annoying

I liked its location, which has a beautiful view of the city. Its amenities are so cool (pool, gardens, the pool table, and terrace). The service is great. Their people are so kind and trustworthy.
Bad wifi, too much noise from outside (the maids and other people yell every time), the room was too dark.

Whist housekeeping did clean up our room, I noticed the bed sheets having odd stains on both beds. The fact that there's no elevator could be an issue with someone that is disabled as there are a number of stairs that you have to use to get into the hotel and to your room.

The view is beautiful, the staff super kind and friendly. Very confortable bed.
The shower was extremely hot, there was no way to set water hot and cold to get a nice warm water. It's was either one, which made a shower very unpleasant to take.

The staff very helpful.. I went by myself (female), I always felt safe. The staff very helpful and always asking how was my stay. I had a huge hangover and the staff whipped up a michelada for me and even took it to my room. Staff was great always had a taxi ready

Room was kinda dark and spooky. We got 2 floor room looking back so it happend it was a dirty road. If you check in here ask for 3 or 4 floor rooms looking toward the pool and the city. Bed was hard.

View, pool, breakfast included, fun people. It's outside the center but has great views and you can walk to things in 15-20 minutes or take a taxi/didi.
The pool was very cold and the hot tub was lukewarm. So many stairs! But the staff will help you with your bags so you don't have to lug them up yourself.
