the property is beautiful with a great view.
I booked this property because on the booking says has A/C and parking. I think it needs to mention that has only fans instead of A/C which is not bad since you are able to open the windows to let the fresh air in. also parking needs to mention that is only good for small cars, since my family and I were unable to fit in our SUV all the way in.

By far one of the places I have stayed at. We rented two apartments and the they were so cozy and so clean! I loved having a kitchen, the rooms were spacious, loved the view in the back, and the owners were extremely nice. There was great amenities and I loved that they had chickens! We had two little kids with us and they loved seeing them.

The best hotel we have stayed in during our trip to Mexico! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you need. Terrace and the garden are amazing, quiet, with a lovely view on the town. And the owners are extremely nice and helpful! Our kids did not want to leave this place...
Bedrooms are without windows, but the lighting and the decorations compensate it easily.

honestly there wasn’t anything that stood out .. it’s an easy walk down to the Centro but if you do want to be in the middle of the craziness it is a bit further. we would walk down and take a taxi back up. again we didn’t want to be in the center but in case you are !

The proximity to El Centro was perfect yet it was the exact right amount of distance away from the hubbub so that it was restful.

There was a box of supplies you could grab and leve money behind. It was like a mini store in a box

Property was well maintained & excellent service. One of the best views from atop, the noise level is zero so you can sleep in peace other then down in Central Guanajuato.

Safe and secured parking spot, 70 pesos to go to the city centre by taxi. Sue is a perfect host, the rooms are spacious and clean, the property comes with a magnificent view.
