All of the menu is pretty good, and the beds are really comfortable. I love the pool, my wife love the pool, and my daughter really enjoyes the pool and the jacuzzi for kids.
The atmosphere and the ambient around the pool. We had to bear a couple of kids between 13 and 14 years of age, cursing and saying a lot of sexist and nasty stuff. Also, i don’t understand how the personnel of the hotel let people put the music too loud around the pool, playing reggeaton which has a lot of explicit lyrics that my 4 year old is listening, and also cursing and saying bad words out loud. The hotel should have more rules and filters to prohibit those kind of people.

The garden and view at the restaurant pool area is great. Staff at the restaurant are great. The bathroom facilities in the rooms are quite good.
The hotel personnel at arrival (front desk) and leaving are young ladies that have absolutely no idea of the hospitality industry. Not even a Hello or welcome. No indications of anything about the premises, the services or when you leave even a good bye. No A/C in the rooms, yes Chapala has great weather but it also gets hot.

A dead fish by the swimming pool, we told them, they never cleaned that up. The pool was dirty and full of leaves and dead bugs. Staff was indifferent to comments. They even charged for matches for lighting a candle, we just needed one, they charged for the whole match box.
