Delek Tulum

the location was amazing near so many good restaurants and bars that Tulum has to offer. the design is amazing, fits to local them, with spacious rooms price was competitive for similar hotels close by the coffee service in the morning was a nice touch with small bite of pasty the party at the beach club was fun, you can take advantage of being in the hotel

Staff could be better trained, they were helpful but only when asked and not informative - we had no hot water on the first night with but it would be useful to know in advance that it takes 5 min to warm up on the evening of the beach party, we had to give the car key to valet due to busy traffic - we bought a fresh bottle of water left in the car for travel the next day and we found out in the middle of the next day that our bottle of water has mysteriously gone missing!@-@, not about the monetary value but it’s a rather stingy bite / annoying feeling lastly, the pro of the location is also the con being in party zone, you will have music all night coming from venues close by, not a trouble for us but good to note for those who are sensitive to noise, be ready to be waken up by beats

This hotel is in the best location--you are on the best part of the beach in downtown Tulum and you also have lively restaurants, bars and stores on the jungle side of the road! You can wake up early for yoga and acai bowl on the beach, or you can stay out late and safely walk around this area going to Casa Jaguar or other trendy night spots. The food at Delek is EXCELLENT, fresh and healthy, they have the best drinks and smoothies out of all the places we tried on the beach, and the service is great. Delek has a rustic vibe but is also very clean and pristine, so it is a perfect combination for people who want Tulum vibes and also a nice stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us book restaurants, massages and rent bikes. They have complimentary coffee and pastries each morning brought to your villa too. The vibe is very cool and chill, and the waitstaff and concierge made us feel like locals, very welcoming. The central location of this hotel cannot be overstated, it is seriously a great place--definitely recommend booking it.

The hotel was stunning, individual huts located right on the beach. Coffee brought to our room every morning was a perfect way to start our day! Exactly what we hoped for during our first stay in Tulum!

N/a - I loved everything! Only thing missing was a pool but we were steps away from the ocean which was perfect.

The hotel is really exceptional! Since the check in all the staff was special! The beds are incredibly comfortable and so are the sheets. The bathroom had an incredibly vibe and a great size. All the staff at the beach & pool area were incredibly nice and tended to our every need in the most amazing way. The beach was clean, white sand, no sargassum! Food and drinks also amazing. The AC in the room also worked fabulously! Location of the hotel could not be better! Thank you Delek hotel for making us have such a happy stay.

It rained a couple of times during our stay and the ceiling of the rooms given that is made of natural materials did have some leaks, but nothing that really disturbed us. One of the days we woke up with a little dead cockroach and dead cricket on our floor but we cant really blame the hotel for this since you are in the middle of the jungle after all! None of these things were enough to disturb our vacation.

Food was delicious, beds are comfortable, location is perfect, and service is great... they bring you tea and coffee in the morning and cookies at night... beach is clean, bikes are available for rent and the covid test can be done in your own room for the same price as other locations

Be aware that there's loud music coming from the neighboring beachclub and restaurants until late night... I actually enjoyed it but if you like going to bed early or enjoy silence, it will certainly bother you! I would suggest them to change the sink faucets (they are rusty) and to add a full body mirror to all rooms. Be prepared to shower and brush your teeth with salty water

Delek hotel was exceptional- super comfortable and top facilities, the staff was the best experience, they were super welcoming, accommodating all our needs and doing their best to make us feel super well and enjoy the vacation. The beach line was cleaned everyday (something not done by all hotels), the beach is great, super cozy and beautiful place with great beach beds, restaurant, and you feel safe and like in a small paradise, and the hotel gives the vibe that it is like a small boutique hotel where you have all the privacy and facilities and the best service i ever had.

everything was great, the only issue was that although the location is great it is in the middle of the party zone and the music is load at night for those who can be distracted from it.

Truly an exceptional trip start to finish, made solely possible by the manager, Fernando (THANK YOU). The rooms are beautiful, we always had a ton of filtered water at our disposal, everything is SO convenient (breakfast, bar, etc.), and the room was massive with a truly incredible view. Can't say enough great things. Had no issues with noise despite the hotel location in the party zone, instead this allowed us to walk on the beach to any other restaurants/attractions we wanted to hit. It's the perfect spot for a Tulum trip, feels very authentic, your room feels secluded despite being close to everything, just so great.

Delek Hotel was above expectations! Ites perfectly located walking distance to restaurants, art museum, shops, clubs. Fernando is awesome. He communicated with me via whatsapp with any questions and so attentive. Its beachfront hotel and so relaxing. Staff/ food/ location really 10/10. Its also very safe. I saw some reviews about it being loud because of Bagatelle that is next door, but honestly its not that bad. The ocean and the AC make a perfect white noise to sleep.

the hotel was great but just be aware that Thursday, Friday and Saturday you could hear the music. we didnt really care about the noise because we went out every night except one night were the music from the club was SUPER LOUD LOL 😂😂😂! overall we love it

the noise was too loud because of difference beach club right beside the property and the pool was closed because they were remodeling but beautiful property, rooms are amazing and the staff is great ! we didn’t really care that much about the noise

If you are looking for an amazing place to relax and experience Tulum look no further !!! This was my first official stay at Delek ( but 15 th in Tulum ) and I couldn’t been more happier . From the conveniently spread tree houses villas with beautiful rooms to the excellent staff and amenities , this place has it all . Breakfast was delicious , restaurant and the whole staff are very attentive and friendly . Thank you to Ari , Carlos , Lalo ,Jeff , Cristian and Carla ( and others who I didn’t mention ) for being so thoughtful , taking care of me during my stay and make me feel like I am part of their family . I can’t wait to go back ! 💕
