When we first arrived we did not have big expectations. We where only gonna stay in this small town three nights, visit Chichen Itza and get some rest. In my honest opinion this was one of the nicest stays I have ever had. The family that runs the hotel welcomed us in to this beautiful garden and did everything to make our stay rememberable. How can it not be after meeting with their very unusual pet walking around the garden? 🤭 This hotel offers a calm tranquil atmosphere with the best service you can get, just a skip away from Chichen Itza. Highly recommended!

We had a superb welcome from the hosts who could not have been kinder. The accommodation is in small separate units around a swimming pool.It is basic but clean ,comfortable and quiet. The shower had hot water with good pressure.There is air con. Joel guided us to a small local restaurant on his motorbike ( about two minutes drive ) and arranged an English speaking guide who met us at Casa Victoria at 7.30 am for an early start to visit Chichen Itza. Vanessa and Joel prepared a simple breakfast of fruit , breads and coffee . This is a new venture and they are just starting to get a kitchen ready . We felt it was a great place to stay before visiting Chichen Itza.

We did drive past it a couple of times because from the outside it doesn’t look as if it could be there ! There is a security gate and a side door but the name is on the gate so you have to be right outside to see it. It is a few hundred metres off the main road on the left side.

Very beautiful and super clean casa located at 10mins walking to the center of Pisté and only 12mins driving to Chichen Itzá. Our hosts are extremely lovely couple who are so friendly and took us with incredible hospitality! We learned a lot about the Mayan culture while listening to the host sharing his stunning life experience and family stories with us, he is a legend himself, definitely talk with him :) They also gave us so many great tips about visiting Yucatán. It is possible and recommended to book a guided tour with high quality and pretty fare price to Chichen Itzá directly with the hosts. We would not enjoy Chichen Itzá so much without our wonderful guide :) Thank you so so much for taking good care of us and transferring such positive energy 🙏🫶

Everything is awesome!

Casa Victoria is a little oasis in Pisté, a few minutes by car from the entrance to the Chichén Itza archeological site. If you are looking for a quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist resorts, Casa Victoria may be for you. Accommodations consist of several individual cabins with two double beds, bathroom with shower, air condition, and a fridge. Complimentary water, a snack and shampoo was provided. The property is nicely landscaped with lots of attention to detail. A terrace with chairs and tables, a hammock, lounge chairs and a sparkling littlel pool are available for relaxing and cooling off after a morning of sightseeing. The property wall behind the pool is decorated with a beautiful mural created by a local artist. Everything is sparkling clean. Free parking is available as well. The hosts, Joel and Vanessa, were warm and welcoming and treated us as family rather than guests. They provided us with useful information and suggestions for local restaurants. We felt immediately at home and wished we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay at Casa Victoria again!

Nothing to dislike!

Jo and Vanessa are amazing, kind sweet people. they made us feel so welcome. the property is beautiful, truly an oasis in the crazy town. a/c works great, but the light from it is very bright. would be easy to cover for a dark night sleep. also, the rooms only have one large bed, no double rooms. they brought us in through the large gate, so our car was parked safely inside the grounds. the refrigerator kept our food and drinks cold. there was no food or drink on site. thank you for the hospitality!

We stayed here just for one night before visiting Chichen Itza. The location is perfect to reach the archeological site in a few mins. The room was spacious and cozy as well as the garden with swimming pool. The highlight is definitely the owners, they are always available and really helpful, and provided great recommendations to make the most of our stay. Stay here if you can!

Would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the room.

The owners were incredibly friendly. Joel gave us personal advice about how to spend the time in the area in the best ways. Without that we wouldnt have had such a nice experience. They always made sure we have a comfortable stay and helped us with everything we needed. Everything was uncomplicated and friendly. The place is designed very cozy and calm, the pool area is nice to rest. Rooms were very clean. Highly recommended!

Location was quiet and peaceful, and the hosts were absolutely delightful! They stayed up til 10pm waiting for us to arrive because we were delayed and were so helpful with tips and recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the Yucatan! Would definitely come back and stay again!

If you're going to Chichen Itza this is a great place that is pretty close but not tied up in hustle, bustle. Seemed super safe, (our car was behind a closed gate. The hosts were marvelous including the pet deer. The facilities were spotless.

Wish there could have been an onsite breakfast.

Perfect starting point if you want to visit Chichen Itza. Very nice and quiet rooms situated in a lovely garden. The owners immediately make you feel like you are at home with best friends and their suggestions for restaurants and places to visit are perfect.
