Hilton Garden Inn Tanger City Centre

The breakfast was excellent, and the location was more than superb, being in the heart of the city along the seaside promenade. Moreover, on the same street, there is Tangier City Mall. As for the room, it was incredibly spacious with a beachfront view and impeccably clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was wonderful, attentive, and everyone greeted you with a warm smile, striving to ensure your comfort. I would like to express my gratitude to everyone for their excellent hospitality, with special thanks to Ms. Hajar, responsible for cleanliness, and Mr. Ibrahim. Everyone, without exception, contributed to making my stay delightful.

It is a very quick walk to the train station which was great. The bed was very comfy and the rooms were very quiet so I was able to get a really great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly.

The buffet dinner was 250 dirhams which is honestly insane and way too much.

Front desk not particularly proactive - just speilling the corporate line but useless for knowledge of the city trips etc. Air conditioning is a nice game played by the hotel and I never sweated so much anywhere in the world: The temperature in the room needed a magician to make it cooler and it was often switched off in the dining room and bar towards closing times. I checked out in a pool of sweat and ended up going outside to take advantage of the cool breeze.

The exceptional staff, particularly Zolikha, stands out as a kind and hardworking individual who contributed to a memorable stay. The culinary delights from the chefs were exquisite. The generosity of my brother, Hamza, a former staff member who proposed, gifted and paid for me a room for my honeymoon, added a special touch to my overall enjoyable stay at Hilton. The combination of excellent service, delightful cuisine, and thoughtful gestures makes this hotel highly recommendable.

The location is close to the beach. Just beside a mall with supermarket. Plenty of fast food restaurants. Taxis were easy to get. The room I got had an amazing view. Overseeing the horizon of the Mediterranean sea. Amazingly the securitie personnel was much more friendlier and welcoming than the reception. Thumbs up to Mohamed Roubio for his amazing service and assistance. Had self service laundry which is always occupied but a nice touch for those who have travelled for days.

The bathtub has a little grime that I needed to wash off before using. Other than that everything else is fine.

Everything was exceptional we really enjoyed our stay.We could do our laundry at the hotel. The food was delicious and the waiters were very helpful,I really appreciate their hospitality.We were near the mall, and the rain station and we could go out in the evening without having problems.Thank you so much.

Location: was central with good ocean views. The room: was clean & well-stocked and big comfortable bed. Breakfast: Excellent variety on offer. Fatima and her team were amazing! Made us feel like royalty. Dinner: Osama and Ebrahim were fantastic - extremely courteous and attentive to our needs. Staff: from the moment we set foot out of the car, we were made to feel extreme6y welcome by everyone. Hotel: Most beautifully decorated with multiple seating areas. We definitely recommend this hotel 10/10.

BREATHTAKING view from the room over the Tangier and Gibraltar hills and ocean. Very comfortable beds. Scrumptious breakfast—possibly the best hotel breakfast I've had yet. EXCEPTIONAL staff - caring, energetic, proactive, take criticism well. Optimally-situated close to shops, restaurants, and the beach.

Lots of small failings on the technical side: the remote for the TV didn't work, the plastic cover on the electric plugs kept falling off, the shower knobs were mislabeled, and it was difficult to get the temperature and flow one really wanted, the hand sanitizing gels dispensers were often empty, and not all employees ensure that their surgical masks don't slip under their nose.

The BKFast was excellent lot a lot a lot of foods 👍👍🤩👍 all Hillton restaurant workers are Extremely nice 😊 👍👍 manager she gives my 👧🏻 Hillton book 📕 I wish her the best Thank you very much for her and Ibrahim All the teams members 🤩🤩🤩

Check in team when I checked in they said ‘LL bring my lagages to the room but they don’t called them the first time no one answer the second time they said do you request to them to b to your room I said Yes then the girl she answered my call said ok someone will bring you ur staff no one show up 30 minutes later I bring my staff by self 4 Bags very big 😒🤮🤮🤮

When we arrived at the hotel, they shoked us that they didn't receive our reservation even though we had a confirmed reservation in booking..we didn't know what was wrong, luckily we had our room but they told us if we would have arrived late in the afternoon there was nothing they would have done which is the number one thing to not tell a customer
