Travelling to Tangiers for the first time and the service was fantastic! Check-in was seamless, Fatin and the new trainer Ines, we're very helpful with a great sense of humour. They arranged a room with a great view of the city with the mountains visible on the horizon. Was lovely to see the sunrise which made me feel I was in a good place. Especially arriving in the night, I received a warm welcome. Ayoub, the waiter during breakfast provided exceptional service. He knew after the first day which hot drinks I would have and bring them to me in a timely manner making my mornings very pleasant. The cleaners were very welcoming and were around to provide any assistance, if needed. During check out, Hamza made sure that a taxi was arranged on time to reach my flight and made the check-out very simple. My overall trip was outstanding and the service I received from a 5* hotel was was done extremely well where employees went above and beyond. For someone who needs to travel to Tangiers on a regular basis, you have earned me as a loyal customer. The location was great and I wouldn't stay at any other hotel in Tangiers. Considering that I have travelled to various places all over the world, this experience will always be a memorable one to me.

Not much not to like. Was a bit dissapointment to find the hotel did not have a indoor pool as advertised. Its part of a Spa and not avaifor hotel guests unless you're using the Spa facilities which is not part of the hotel. We did use the Spa which was very expensive compared to local ones. In fact we paid double the price. It was 700 dirhams instead of 350. Was a bit annoyed about that. Massage was really good but hammam not so great in my opinion.

The hotel is superb, clean, with all facilities. Breakfast was great, and the restaurant manager is doing his best to keep us happy and satisfied. I would like to thank Mr Houcine and his colleague the lady in the reception for all the help and the assistance, they went extra miles to make our stay smooth and comfortable. Special thanks to Mariem from the spa, who is skilled and professional.

Generally all good. Room service was good.

The restaurants were disappointing, we didn't want buffet food. The bar was rather deserted most of the time and closed early. It would have been nice to have had a more Moroccaan flavour to the interior design. One of the bar men was unhelpful and didn't want to give me ice when requested. The grounds were a little disappointing.

Service was very good, especially at breakfast and the bell boys. The breakfast was large and delicious, including fresh french elements and Moroccan elements.

The entrance doors weren't working and the entrance was semi-flooded due to rain. When we requested an umbrella we were told they don't have any more for guests, but they still had a few by the entrance. The bathroom door was broken when we arrived (couldn't close or open), when we told them about it they said it was just the mechanism and it's ok, after we insisted they sent someone who indeed changed the lock.

The staff were absolutely amazing!!! From the moment u walk In the kind staff take your luggage and offer u tea. The housekeeping and the breakfast manager I think Mohammad is his name. Honestly he deserves an award.. so professional and very attentive to the guests . Making sure everything is running smoothly and the whole breakfast team itself absolutely fantastic. Honestly the variety was also amazing , the rooms were flawless.. there's a beautiful smell as you go on.. this is an absolute amazing stay .no request was ever too small , they have absolutely everything u need. Room is great and tea cups given and water replaced.

My husband ate at the restaurant at in the hotel and he had the salmon with chicken meal . Not sure of he got food poisoning but was very sick the very next day after that.....

One of the most standing out feature was the cleanliness of the entire hotel, from the room, lobby to the pool. Location was great, but with the kids, we've taken a cab anywhere we went. Very diverse options for breakfast; the only thing missing was "Kiri" (cream cheese).

For folks paying cash, they may have a hard time finding change. While it was not ideal for me to use credit card, we've managed with cash. The change we are talking about is small pocket change. So, I wasn't too worried about it. We've managed. If prepaid, I don't believe this applies to you.

The hotel has a perfect location in the city center ,close to everything The room was clean and spacious with a good sized balcony overlooking the city side The housekeeping lady was very helpful when I asked for an extra towel ! The buffet was rich and generous

I ordered an extra bed for my kid many times !!(since we were 3) ,had a confirmation in all occasions from the reception that the bed is on its way ! But nothing !! So we had to sleep the 3 of us on the same bed for the whole stay :( Asked for an extra towel inside the bathroom since there were only 2 , and again NOTHING!!!! I had to wait for the housekeeping lady the next day and ask her myself directly for it !

The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful! I enjoyed the local food items. The rghayef and amlou - so good! Great location near the train station. There is a gym facility attached to the hotel. I chose the hotel because of the proximity to train station and gym. There are very few hotels in Tangier with fitness facilities - this should be more prominently displayed in your various websites. Not all of them have that listed as an amenity and I had to call hotel to confirm. Front desk staff were very helpful. Organized a taxi to get me to Chefchaouen!

The gym facilities are huge and there is lots of equipment. However, there is no one inside giving any directions. The first time I visited, most of the lights were off, and I had to go back to the hotel desk - they didn't know how to turn them on and had to call maintenance. There are no towels (and the hotel desk also couldn't provide - told me to go back to my room to get one). There is actually a women's only section as well. I was working out in the "mixed" area, and another guest took me around to the "women's" section. I was afraid that I had offended the other guests (all male) by being in their area - the hotel reception could have done a better job of explaining the gym.
