Location is excellent, easy access to tram and to central Amsterdam. The views are very nice and the apartments are furnished to a very high standard.

We asked for a baby cot that wasn't prepared, we had to wait for it to be brought to our apartment. In general, communication beforehand was difficult, messages weren't answered. The apartment was relatively clean, the floors were quite dusty and, for example, the baking tray was really dirty. The blinds are installed in a way that you can't open the window.

Staff were excellent, very helpful and polite from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Always happy to answer any questions we had. There is a small kiosk beside the reception which sells tablets for the laundry as well as snacks, drinks and other food items. Apartment was very spacious with comfortable beds. Google chrome cast on the TV so was easy to stream from my own media account. Tram stop directly outside which takes you to Station Zuid - metro and from there easily travel.into the heart of Amsterdam. It's location is only 20 minutes from the airport and the bus stop is only a 6 minute walk from the building. Really quiet and can't hear other guests which is always good.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, the kitchen supplies adequate. The most important appliance for me is the washing machine, as we need laundry after 16 days of cruising. The area was quiet and safe. There’s a supermarket with good supplies of fruits and vegetables. The property was located in the financial district and easily accessible by subway, train and tram.

Location was far away from tourist attractions. so when I am tired after a whole morning of sightseeing, I couldn’t pop back into the hotel for a rest. the shower had a very small glass panel, so water spilled out easily. I was in 3 other hotels in this trip and all the hotels had the same problem. I guess that’s European design. We are very tidy people; we ended up wiping the bathroom and drying the towels every night.

At the weekend the bars in the area are closed. Not a huge hardship as you can jump on a tram at your door and head 5-10 mins towards town (they run every few minutes) You can also walk 5 mins to main train station and jump on a train into centre. All very easy. Just good to know the restaurants and bars right next to apartment are closed sat/sun and you just head to another close by area

Spacious apartments, friendly staff, great amenities. Close enough to the airport & the city centre.

Very good location, close to the metro and train station, 6 minutes to the airport by train, 15 minutes to the center/museums by metro/tram. Large rooms, equipped kitchen, friendly staff, attentive to all requests. Very handy wastebasket, I came back home and ordered the same one for myself :) Who is sensitive to noise, I advise you to ask for a window number which does not overlook the highway. With a view of the football fields it is much quieter.

But there are always things that can be improved. It's strange, but in our case, in order to remove the garbage, it was necessary to leave a request at the reception (the sign on the door did not work), perhaps it's all about Easter...
