Perfect location and a great room and bathroom
Check in is at 3pm and you can't leave your luggage if you arrive earlier. Quite noisy because of the bars downstairs.

The rooms were newly renovated which made it very comfortable and clean. The check-in process was clearly explained and was easy to follow the instructions. The location was perfect in such a quaint town! We enjoyed our stay.
If you drive in to the central part of the town it is very difficult to find public parking overnight. The town is very cute but it shuts down very early at night if you are looking for someplace to eat or drink after 10pm.

clean and highly enough place to stay, the espreesso machine was so useful when you rest , also bathroom was big, clean, bright and fresh, bed were so comfortable, and having a balcony was great
nothing to say bad, as I read some people mentioned about noise; people who are thinking to stay here just should know that there is a noise but not everyday just on the weekends I guess . And if you are young it is ok, not disturbed us.

It was very interesting to us as we did not expect a non traditional hotel with no lobby. But it did not made us feel any less as we were very interested on how to enter the apartment / room. Perhaps it might help to highlight in description especially for the elder group age to refer as they would prefer hotel staff for check in / room services etc.

The room was spacious and quite comfortable. The bed was nice. The room had been remodeled so was airy snd Fresh with a great window.
No triples, required getting two rooms. Also rated the staff low, because this was a 100% contact less hotel and somehow with limited WiFi and booking thru bookings.com I did not get or could not locate the check in email with details. The manager was friendly when I reached him via the bell, but it cause a bit of confusion.

Quite noisy as next to a lot of popular bars in Volendam. But it was a Friday night in summer so no complaints. People just having fun. Tight stairs to get to room if you have walking difficulties or need walking aid. Would be a challenge to scale the stairs

The room was very nice and comfortable.
The stairs were awful for elderly people being so very narrow. The shower, as there was no door, sprayed water out to the toilet if you didn't stand in just the right spot.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very cosy and clean. We did't mind the music at all, at 11pm it was completely quiet and before that we enjoyed the songs :))
