Het Hart van Weesp

In the centre of town, there are some good restaurants and shopping is close by. 15 minute walk to train station to go to The Hague and surrounding areas. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Very friendly town.

I think the gentleman could have been a bit friendlier, it may just be his personality, he did do something nice for me. Only a word of warning, reception closes at 8pm and you have to use the night door, first night it look us a few tries to get it to work and the second night it wouldn’t work and another hotel guest let us in. My husband advised gentleman on front counter but he just said he’d get someone to look at it

The location was great. It is a very pretty town with more things to explore than I had time for. It was a short taxi ride to catch the ferry in Mukden for a visit to the island of Pampus. This is also where the castle is located. I wished I had more time to explore. Also, when I wasn’t 100% happy with my room, the hotel was very gracious in finding a different room. Lastly, there is a great restaurant right next door that is open later, after the hotel restaurant closes which was nice. It was about an 10 minute walk from the train station and very easy to find.

The room was great for one person but might have been a bit cozy for two.

I liked the coziness of the hotel. We had a three person reservation and the room was quite big. The bathroom was also great in size and facilities. The room was also clean. The breakfast had a grea selection of foods and desserts. The location of the hotel is great if plan to see the little town called Weesp, which is a beautiful little town, that is worth visiting. If you plan to visit Amsterdam, you will need to take the train for 25-30 minutes.

The only inconvenience was that in our room, the wifi connection was only working in one part of the room and not in the whole room, so that only one out of the two beds would get a solid connection. Because our room was on the ground floor and in the back of the property, we didn't benefit from any sort of view.

Hotel location is beautiful and also near to public transport. With train one can reach Amsterdam central in 17 mins. Just infront of hotel is beautiful canal and houses, one can sit at cafe and enjoy the view. Room was upto expectations. Bathroom was quite big, room was clean and quite. Breakfast had variety of items and everything was delicious. Parking can be found on the road outside the hotel with 1€ per hour or 7.5€ per day from 8am-18pm. I recommend this location who all wants to visit Weesp and Amsterdam.

I only think price for 2 nights was little high. Other than that everything was good.

Breakfast excellent. We booked you on this basis. Room very good. Could have been larger, but you had offered an upgrade at a very reasonable additional cost. Location was excellent. Like that we could hire bicycles directly from hotel. Would stay again. My son and his family live in The Hague. We came to NL by ferry in our own car.

No thick cut marmalade for breakfast (but I am English!). The breakfast was excellent.

Very good breakfast. I am typically eating sweet food in the morning and the hotel provided a good variety of sweet stuff like cake, sweet bread, sweet pieces, fruits, big variety of spreads, etc. Coffee was good as well. For the room, we got the special roof top room with a small place to sit outside. I don't know how it compares to standard rooms but you will not feel like being in a hotel, much better and no neighbors.

The location of the hotel if you would like to go to Amsterdam. The train station is about 500m away, which is a good thing. However, train and city metro are two different systems. That means with the train ticket you can not hop onto a bus or metro in Amsterdam, you basically need to buy 2 tickets or need to research if the day pass for the metro will work for the train and get it in advance.

Clean room and bathroom (very appreciated), comfortable bed, lovely location.

The pillows were too big, not so comfortable, but it’s personal (slept without it). The lady at the reception was a bit upset with no reason. On the arrival day we asked for a late checkout and been told it was not possible, but the next day another colleague on the phone said it was possible for an extra and we did. Then, at the time in the checkout we asked for some coffee and they did not mention it has to be paid, I have told them next time it should be mentioned before ordering, so the guests at least know it’s not for free. all the rest was really lovely.

We love Weesp. very good place to visit Netherlands. Either by train or by car. We stayed at Het Hart already 2nd time. each time with family and dog. This year we specifically liked to stay in the Het Hart van Weesp since its location and convenience. good price per value. we used family room for 4x. All was ok, the only point i sthat depending on location internet wasn't stable. good breakfest. just what we expected. Weesp itself i recommend to everyone, due to its size, quiteness, atmosphere. beside travelling to other cities, villages we were walking around.

The location in Weesp was excellent, and the staff were helpful in giving information and directions to places of interest. We appreciated that the hotel provided space to store our bicycles securely. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also very good.

Air conditioning or a ceiling fan would have been nice because we were there during very warm days.

The hotel is near the train station. The train takes you to Amsterdam centre in about 15 minutes. It is in a very nice environment, next to a canal. The breakfast is really nice, a lot of things to choose from. Our room was really spacious with a comfortable double bed.

Our hosts spoke very little to us, when we checked in. I had to ask about breakfast time for example. No kettle in the room to make some tea after taking day-long walks in the cold weather.
