Good, quiet location. Its near metro station so its very easy to reach any part of Amsterdam. Staff is very friendly.

Lack of privacy because of the glass toilette doors (wasnt a problem for me and my girlfriend but i would assume someone could find that a little unplessant). Water was leaking out of the shower.

Genuinely friendly and helpful staff - all of them, thank-you so much. ( They helped me get a bike, find somewhere to visit *and* get a Covid test *for free* at short notice ). For this town and the genuine 4* feel and level of equipment , very good value. Very comfortable bed and room, everything working well ( safe / fridge / tv / environmental controls and an opening window ). Internet was available by Ethernet as well as wifi which is rare and good to me. All round great. Bicycles are 16 euro a day. Book through their own website for free parking ! ( They can’t say *that* on booking.com ... but I can ! )

Close to the arena- nice room

The bathroom is made of tainted glass walks, so you can see the person inside...who thought it was a good idea ? Also there is no space or hook to put towels or clothes in the bathroom... The check in experience was very unpleasant as the receptionist made us queue 3 times : first time to pay (the city tax) , the room was not ready so we left our luggages, à 2nd time to ask for our key and luggages, after we were given our luggages, we were asked to queue again to get our key to the room...absolutely insane, unpleasant and unecessary.

Great location in a quiet area, bed was really comfortable, very close to metro and train stations. The staff were quite helpful. Overall great hotel to stay if you want to experience Amsterdam but don't want to stay in the busy area. With metro it's just 15 min to Centraal. The hotel is not extremely luxurious but it's a bang for your buck.

The bathroom could've been in a better shape: door wasn't closing all the way so the bathroom floor around the cabin was wet after you had a shower, the handheld shower head had a bit of leakage and the iron board was not working, so if u plan on ironing any clothes you should ask at the front desk first.

Very nice room, wit all amenities. There were bikes for hire that I used extensively to get around. The staff was helpful and room was quite quiet.

Veeery expensive for the time spent there (EUR 800 for 4 nights). Breakfast was really boring and unhealthy for the price paid and the 4 stars (no freshly cooked vegetables, very limited and non-seasonal fruits). If you are not an avid biker like me you could find the place a little disconnected from the downtown on bike , although metro is near and transport in general in Amsterdam is world class.

Easy to reach by public transport at a fraction of the cost of staying in the centre. If combined with multiple day transport cards for the tram/metro/buses then it still works out substantially cheaper than staying in the centre. We found the transport ran very late and started early so did not have an issue getting there or back. Quiet to get a good night sleep, comfortable bed and clean room.

We still felt it was a bit too expensive for being so out the centre, but Amsterdam is a expensive city to stay in. The bathroom was a glass dome and easy to see shapes etc through the glass, the shower door did not close properly so leaked all into the bathroom.

Clean and cosy place. Everything there was working and as it was shown. Transportation and finding hotel was without problem. We were not disturbed either by staff, other accommodated people, or sounds from the street. I appreciated that fridge inside room was empty, so we could store our food for breakfast there.

Only thing I can think of is that staff on reception could smile more and maybe explain why our cards to the room (both of them) stopped working suddenly after two days. I was stressed that I booked shorter stay and that I will have to pay for extra. But they just replaced cards and acted like it's normal. I would appreciate something like "I'm sorry, it happens often. Or you can't keep your card at specific place." Or something.

The location was great, about a 5-10 min walk to the local metro which takes you straight to the city centre! Very clean room.

The hotel was pleasant, train just 10min walk to the Central easy to get in the airport just 3 stops to get in the Amsterdam airport . The train tickets you can buy for €9 for train and bus you can use it for 24h.

When we got in the hotel, they accepted just card no cash . But I have to thank you, the receptionist lady who made my life easy . As we were travelling with 2, some money was in the card and another part in cash . She made it easy. So make sure you have money on your credit card to pay. They dont say that on the website. Whatever it was sorted Thank you

Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Spacious room and bathroom for 3 people.

1) the rooms don't seem to have been soundproofed very well. I could hear the sound of some guests from outside the hotel after midnight and some vehicles. 2) Car park pricing is expensive for this location. 3) There was no coffee machine in our room and the iron was broken. However, this was dealt with quickly. 4) A few flies in the bathroom! 5) Towels were provided but they were not exchanged for the second night.
