I was there to drop off my daughter for first year University so this accommodation was the perfect area, was a busy time as lots of other parents staying too

The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than expected and well equipped. Being close to a busy road, it was nice and quiet.
There was some minor maintenance issues with the room, but nothing that impacted our opinion of the place.

The staff were very kind, caring and went the extra mile. This was extremely helpful with the circumstances I was needing to stay. The location was great for walking distance to the Westfield mall and bus stops as well as being easy to find with no fiddley entry and exit from the main road. I'm 100% satisfied with our stay.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming. They also provided good local information. We're concerned that I could manage step in shower as I was on crutches, offered different unit if we wanted.
