We liked the top self contained unit, it had its own stairwell and didn't have to share... Great location to Papakura Bed was larger than expected so that was a bonus... And housekeeping came and made beds and cleaned which was a nice suprise. We liked the end top unit so we had windows to open and nice sunlight in afternoon. Everything was super clean, linen was fresh and pillows great. Awsome stay so we booked a extra night 😊

That the bathroom window didn't have a blind so I couldn't leave open while in shower to let steam out. As there is no extractors Needed a long mirror to look at your dress arrangement There could easily be one fitted on inside of wardrobe. Ironing board needs new covers as when you iron it's just metal and comes out on the clothes as patterns. One thing it does need is maybe a small pedestal fan. Otherwise no complaints definitely will book again next year.

The rooms were clean & tidy. Cooking facilities good. Staff friendly

Minimal room to manoeuvre for parking, the adjoining room door was locked so we couldn't wake the boys up the next morning without taking their key to get in and the WiFi was turned off when we woke up & didn't get turned back on until we were checking out (early check out). Paid nearly $400 for 2 rooms for 1 night in a motel that has free WiFi.....I do NOT expect the wifi to be turned off, especially when the TV is sky & runs on wifi. 3 kids & no TV first thing in the morning because there's no internet - good move......not. I paid for 2 room that have free WiFi so I expect to have free wifi

I was expecting a room that has everything we needed due to the urgency of the matter. I was worried that it might nott meet my expectation. When I and my son checked walked into the room. It had everything we needed. This place was convenient for my work as well as for my son's schooling. Due to the covid19, we weren't able to board our flight, I decided to enroll him at Rosehill College. Rosehill College is only a 2min drive away from here. We were meant to stay here for only a week but decided to stay a bit longer. Always get clean towels. The room is nice and clean, they would clean the room if you request them. Nice people, nice atmosphere. I could hang my washing outside the back. The backyard is beautiful.........there is a river behind it. Can walk downhill and back up if you want to do a little bit of exercise. Might be good for the little one to play in the backyard. Perfect accommodation for a family. Loved it!!

The noise from the room above us. The walking, talking, laughing was annoying I could not concentrate on my work.

Room noise was minimal considering we were on the bottom floor. It was sparkling clean. There were a few cracks in the paintwork and drawings on the wall and I didn't mind that. The toilet and the area behind the toilet was clean AF!!! The shower water smelt of chlorine but not a biggy for us. The kitchen was well equipped.

No complaints - we were across from the bar but bed was too comfy to leave!

The room was cosy & warm all ok

Very loud street noise most of the night,noisy when upstairs people arrived giong upthe stairs & walking around up there. The mixer was ver high & stiff my wife was unable tio reach it. There was a large van with a trailer parke across the entance to our unit, which I thought could have been parked elsewhere.

The room was overall spacious with separate kitchen and backdoor. The full kitchen facilities included a full size oven and stove top, a full size fridge & freezer (not a bar fridge), microwave and sink. The beds were firm and again perfect for our stay.

Unfortunately, the rooms aren't double glazed and with the motel located on the main drag, traffic noise was a issue at night. The shower was ok, it did the trick but felt quite small and also felt like I was gonna fall through the floor. Our WiFi signal was poor from our room (Room 7),not sure about other rooms.

No breakfast provided, very clean and comfortable room, the owner friendly and helpful.

Road noise was bad and they should think about putting carpet in the upstairs rooms when people are in the room it's very noisy, but the room was very comfortable and clean.

It was a spacious room, we stayed in an executive room, and the staff were very hospitable to us, was great distance between my partners workplace and my own. Its very quiet considering its on a main road in Drury. The cleanliness of the place is great. Great shower pressure.

No carpark is assigned to the rooms specifically, other visitors were parking in the way of other visitors staying at the property. I wish there were movie channels to watch on Sky TV.

defineately clean, quiet, comfortable' typical' 'kiwi' style of living, will pass on this marvellous stop over to all my friends, family and associates. Thankyou all involved in this lovely haven' kindest ever regard from Joy and her family xo

The heat pump, the sheets were clean, restocking tea and coffee and towels

Not complaining, just bringing to attention! Sliding door came off hinges, light flicks, hairdryer didn't go, stairs narrow, door wouldn't stay closed unless slammed, we made do. Nice stay
