The bed was nice and big. Storage and space was really good since we travelled there to buy ALOT of big things, everything was able fit in the room.

The water ran ran cold 2 out of the 5 days we were there. Never happened at motels I’ve been too in Auckland. There was a used cotton bud and hair clip on the side of the bed. It’s also very noisy being close to the hospital but cars also, the same car was racing up and down the road every night we were there backfiring. It’s a great place for the money though.

The shower was really good, room served its purpose for what I needed whilst visiting. Close to Middlemore, train station and few restaurants / takeaways near by. We'll maintained interior of room.

Pillows. Pillows could do with a change. Exterior can be off putting when you first drive in, but nothing a fresh coat of paint would change the appearance of the outside.

New modern rooms. Good size room for a family of 4 and close to airport. Would stay again if flying out of Akld Airport. Grateful the staff allowed us to check in after normal hours as the road detours made us late. Good for short stays.

Only downside was the noise from the main road. If they put double glazing it would be perfect.

We stayed in the deluxe room and everything was great. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. I was actually surprised with how big the room was. If you're travelling with kids, I definitely recommend this room. They also have a laundry where you can do your own washing, ironing, or drying. Staff are lovely!

Check in was a breeze as we had pre-paid, check out was even easier and staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy, more spacious than other properties we’ve stayed and the kitchenette was a great bonus.

We found a nappy underneath the bed (luckily it wasn’t soiled🤢)

It was a lovely stay with family, the room was clean and tidy and beds were very comfortable. Good overnight rate 😊

*Not enough chairs for all to sit at the table booking for 4 people only 2 chairs. *Bathroom not very private as no ceiling/gap *Parking spot could have been better allocated.

Easy location to where our venue was, parking was great, even allowed us have an extra vehicle. Everything was clean and tidy.

I would have liked if the family room had a sofa so the kids weren't watching telly on the bed but overall it was nothing that we couldn't survive without 😊

Upon arrival viewing from the outside, I considered changing my hotel, but upon checking in, and seeing the rooms, I was very impressed Everything was super clean and spacious. Worth every single dollar, and I would absolutely stay here again and share it with family and friends:)

The location was excellent as I was able to walk to and from Middlemore Hospital to visit my husband each day. The motel was much better than the photos showed as it had recently been renovated.

No comfortable armchair or sofa. Had to sit on bed or kitchen chair to read or watch TV. There is room for the addition of a comfortable armchair or two seater sofa which would enhance the stay.

The toilet was a bit shaky. I couldn’t open the back door to enable fresh air through the room, luckily there was an air conditioner, as the room was quite stuffy
