handy to go to the airport. walking distance to shops and restaurants reasonable price $10 carpark a night

there are strange people around the place??? strange people live in there??? felt uncomfortable sometimes. reasonable car park but is it secure?

The location was brilliant - within walking distance of our two-day conference and the Westfield Manukau shopping center. The room was excellent - exactly as depicted in the online booking picture. The bed was good - nothing is like your own bed, but this was pretty good I must say. The service was great - as we had made two separate bookings and asked to have the same room, the manager was most obliging and allowed us to stay in the same room for both nights. Exceptional actually. The facilities were excellent - to have a big shower, fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, two bedrooms, a lounge, and a kitchen was amazing. A bonus was having all the necessary utensils and essentials of a working kitchen (toaster, jug, can opener, etc) was truly amazing. The view - exceptional! Well done MCentral Apartments, Manukau. I will recommend this accommodation to all my colleagues.

Perhaps having a fan in the bedrooms would be a good idea - this is just a suggestion. Also, perhaps a map of the immediate local area would be great for out-of-towners - this is just another suggestion. Apart from these suggestions, there was nothing I did not like. Well done MCentral Apartments!

Rooms were clean and beds were comfy and the unit was roomy for our family and very tidy. Staff cleaned our room daily for rubbish and topped up with things we needed, that was great for us.

The button for the exit after hours didn't work properly, and we were unable to get out. Luckily there were people coming and going. Outside after hours there were people drinking at the front entrance and some people coming in and out of the lifts drunk, it did feel abit unsafe.

The beds are super comfortable and overlooks the bus station. which is different but nice for the one night stay.

The deposit that was asked of especially since it’s not noted when booking this place via booking. com. thankfully I had enough to cover it but an expectation of $100-300 is quite a lot at this time of the year. the receptionist wasn’t very nice about it either. It was hard to warm to her when she was quite abrupt when I questioned why it wasn’t in the details of booking the accommodation. Parking spaces are available at the back but be mindful of loiters as well as guests / live in folk who don’t consider your parking space and will across the line limiting what space you have to park your vehicle. that was very annoying coming back to accommodation yesterday to find our parking space had been used by the vehicle next to us.

The location is great - right across the road from the bus and train stations which are handy for getting into the CBD / Airport. The apartment had two bedrooms which was incredible for the price we paid.

Only having access to one lift meant that it was often a long wait to get up and down the building. This will be fixed I'm sure. There was also no info about how to complete the Census from the apartment building (I believe that we should have been given an access code/number to complete given we were staying at this residence on the Tuesday night).

The Location. Brilliant. Train station busses 10 meters from the front door. Shopping centre right beside. The staff went above and beyond. Efficient check in. Kept our cases for us. One receptionist even offered and hot spotted her phone to mine so i could call a local number. (I'm on holiday from Oz). Don't hesitate to book here. Again 10/10 to reception staff.

I personally didn't stay there as a few friend come from Hawaii and stayed the night before flying to wellington the next morning. I ask them if they were happy with the appartment they were happy with the appartment and they had an awesome view they love the option that they had a kitchen in their room.

They had no issues with their stay. They said the are happy to stay there in the future if they ever returned back to New Zealand in the future, which they are planning to make a yearly thing.

Beds were clean, fresh towels and cleaned daily. Washing machine and dryer were great. Nice comfy beds, it was also warm and had free wifi. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Had to pay for parking and other guests would always park over the line, preventing me from accessing my park.

The shower - the pressure was ridiculous. You had to hug the wall to get wet or hold the shower head to wet yourself Room for two but we only had 1 fork No instructions on how to use the washing/dryer

It was very clean and reception staff were very friendly and helpful nice and close to where we needed to get to.

Realised that the bottom units are tenanted by some undesirable people who live there gave me Emergency housing vibes!!! If I knew this I wouldn't have booked this place. Also our allocated parking spot that was given to us was taken when we got back from Dinner so I had to go and inform reception he was helpful so gave us another spot.
