We have stayed here many times. Nice location, friendly staff, super clean, lots of space, great air conditioning, solid internet (for Portugal, it's not too fast, but fast enough for normal uses), great pool, easy parking, close to beach, lots of English speaking TV channels, great balconies on higher levels with amazing ocean views, has an elevator.

Beds are a bit firm, interior of rooms are a bit dated, elevator is tiny, not a lot of hot water for two people or more. Have to keep showers to 5 minutes each.

Lovely location, with a Seaview room, had everything we required, large Bedroom and living room with a big balcony Kitchen and big Bathroom with excellent WIFI. We arrived in the middle of a storm with floods at Faro airport and the roads were flooded, so it was wonderful to arrive to the Complex to be greeted with heat inside as we were soaked through and so were our bags. Our Room was also lovely and warm which was an added bonus, as we could get our clothes dry. Apologies for not getting the ladies name on reception who was very welcoming and was always smiling through out our stay, nothing was an issue for this lady. 2 minute walk to the Beach. Lovely restaurant along beach front, where you can walk to the Old Town.

The location is roughly 10 minutes from the old town .If walking back its up a very steep hill, however it's a nicer walk along the beach. Taxi to or from old town 6e.Our apartment was a one bedroom. It was a lovely big apartment overlooking the pool. We had all the usual appliances, microwave, hob, fridge ,kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Towels were changed if required every other day and apartment cleaned. Toiletries are also supplied. The pool was a good size and a children's pool too. Plenty of sunbeds , it's a very nice area.

Really missed a snack bar for coffee / beer small snacks etc. No lifeguard.

The main receptionist was a very kind lady and all the staff had good energy. One of the cleaning ladies also helped me find an earring I lost. The room was really big and the access to the pool view we had made our trip. The location also let us walk to a lot of places which is great to avoid the traffic.

The pool was little smaller than I expected based on the image. However it was still great and had lots of fun and chill time at the pool. There was also a lack of restaurant or spa. Which I think would be a great addition. But there is easy access to lots of food places and shops around the hotel.

Lovely massive ground floor studio, with terrace and direct access to pool area, great pool area, but unfortunately pool bar not open. Great location between old town and strip with amazing beach very nearby, and couple of bars supermarkets and good restaurant on doorstep. Is on a steep hill though as are most beach access in Algarve.

Needs to open pool bar, probably having problems getting staff as are most bars are in Algarve. The air conditioning unit was very noisy.

Excellent location. Directly in-between the Old & New town. Facilities in pool and gym/sauna are all on site and excellent. Close to public transport although an Uber will take you into the old town or strip for 4euro. Short walk to main beech (downhill going/uphill coming back) Room was beyond spacious with great views of the sea and pool area. Lovely peaceful area with a few scattered shops and bars nearby. Highly recommended and stay here regular

Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Meets all expectations and more.

All was great but very quiet resort for the 3 days we were there no one was using the pool. They upgraded us to a room on a higher floor which was large and had air-con. Room was perfect for what we paid but it is ran down. Cleaning Staff great never seen them but our room was always cleaned and they were not around waking people too early in the morning!

There was ants around the living room area, I wasnt too worried about it but I imagine some people would have been unhappy. Also the light going into the apartment was broken and it was really dark so was a struggle to get in each night but look not a deal breaker for us!

Was in a great location just minutes from the beach. Pool area was nice but needs more beds or somebody monitoring who leaves towels but doesn’t use. Apartment was lovely and spacious with a huge terrace. My only complaint was the musty smell from the bathroom and fridge. The fridge had been off while no one was in the room and also with taking key out it turns off the electric so we just left one of our keys in so the fridge stayed on.

First time in portugal and I will definitely be coming back to stay here. The manager and all the staff here are absolutely lovely. So friendly and helpful. I loved how big and clean the apartments were. I loved that the cleaning was everyday and done by such friendly staff. The beach is practically on your doorstep. You can walk the beach to old town.

The pool is cold but then I heard all the pools in portugal are cold and also it was the end of April. Once you got over the initial shock it was fine. We were still in it everyday.

Very good location, very close to the ocean and also the old town of Albufeira can be reached on foot easily. The staff was very nice and helpful. We decided to stay a day longer and we could stay in the same room. The pool is nice too. Market and bars just outside the hotel. There is a beautiful beach Falesia with smaller waves nearby. It can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car but I recommend it to everyone.

They cleaned the room everyday it was nice but they didn’t mop it and the bathroom floor became a bit dirty. The third person in the room stayed on the sofa which was okay but she didn’t get a normal blanket just a sheet to cover herself. But there were clean plaids in the closet so the problem was solved.
