Good location 10 min walk from nearest beach and the old town..staff was and friendly..decent size room and good standard of cleanliness.. spacious pool and plenty of seating..

No mirror above the vanity area in bedroom..had to pay for the safe..wi fi was hit and miss and would drop connection a lot so not good if staying for business..the staff was very active at cleaning up and where too quick as on more than one occasion throughout breakfast I would go to get some additional food and my tea and other food would be in the process of been picked up or gone even if I was only gone a minute..poor selection of food and drinks in the bar/restaurant..due to the price and distance from airport a shuffle bus option would be nice

Breakfast was very enjoyable. Good selection of everything. Friendly staff on reception,the breakfast room and the bar. Pool area was very nice - only slight issue was a large group using the pool - possibly a stag group. They didnt do anything wrong other than were very loud in and around the pool. No an ideal situation for others who just wanted to relax

The location is perfect 10mins from the old town Mcdonalds an kfc across the road Shopping Centre 1 Hotel down with a supermarket for all your needs Everything within walking distance Breakfast is nice and lunch menu is good Entertainment by the pool

No iron in the room No sunbeds,having to wake up at 8am every morning to ensure we got a bed wasn't fun. Mini fridge didn't work seemed to heat the food up than cool it down The bathroom smelled like mold The view we got for the price we paid wasn't the best. I feel like I didnt get My value for money

The Vila Gale was in a very good location with easy access to the Old Town and the Strip. The reception was very helpful and did see to all our needs. The waiters and restaurant stall were impeccable and the breakfasts had everything you neededvto set you up for the day. The rooms were firstclass and the cleaners changed the towels daily, kept the rooms clean. All in all I would definitely recommend a visit to this hotel. Rita Davies Susan Davies Room 144

Breakfast had plenty of things to choose from. SPA was really great but we came here early spring,so I believe during the season is more crowded. Location is short walk from old town and beautiful beach. Really worth a visit for a short SPA weekend getaway and for a longer stay.

We had a street view, but as we stayed only for a night it was completely fine. However, the conditioners were not working properly, room was quite cold and although we tried switching to heating function, didn't make it any warmer.

The food selection was excellent.

I was disappointed on the following: We got a nice letter to our room signed by the Managers inviting us to the Bar for a Farewell drink the night before we left between 5 and 6 pm. Well a Manager came just before the hour was up. He walked from one end of the bar to the other did not approach me where I was Waiting for him. He spoke briefly to 2 locals and left. On speaking to another Holiday maker they confirmed to me that they experienced the same. I believe this was a great opportunity to sell the Hotel for repeat Bookings. Opportunity missed!!!!

Good Breakfast (It is a buffet and best before 8.30 in the morning as it does get very busy after that time - it has an omellet and pancake station so those are always fresh). Staff excellent - we had a leaking shower hose and within half an hour someone had come and fixed it. The hotel will call a taxi for you and it shows up almost immediately. Good spa/gym etc. Always enough sun beds. Great location for the old town. Little fridge in the room so you could keep water cool etc. You can get pool towles but need to ask at reception for a token and then take that to the Spa to get the towels. There was an attempt at activities during the day, but the poor reps (despite being keen) didn't get much interest. Most people seemed to be there for a fly and flop holiday or golf. Real mix of nationalities.

We liked breakfast, it was really plentiful and got my stomach full. The location was good, across the road were McDonalds and KFC. As well as next door was a large supermarket. Location good, less than 1km to the beach and old town and 2 km to The Strip.

Seagulls, seagulls, seagulls. Lots of seagulls everywhere, and the staff did nothing to them. The seagulls swam in the pool and jumped at the dining tables as the staff watched from the side. The food at the pool bar was really overpriced and below standard... 6 euros for a hot dog that contained only a bun and a sausage. No side dishes.

The room was clean and spacious. The pool was a good size. The tea and coffee facility in the room was good. The hotel was modern and clean

Due to the time of year (August) the hotel was very busy. Breakfast time could be crowded and some items ran out quickly. Despite signs up to say sun bed reservations were not allowed, people would still reserve beds from 8am and not show up for hours. There then weren't enough beds and umbrellas for the number of people at the pool. Some of the beds and umbrellas were damaged.

Absolutely everything! All of the staff were exceptionally pleasant and professional, all facilities sparkling clean and the beds extremely comfortable. We stayed for four nights in peak summer season and despite the large number of guests all services were excellent. The location is ideal, too - only 10 minutes by foot from tbe centre of Albuferia old town. Took my mother here for her first proper holiday in 3 years and she loved every moment (especially the water aerobics in the pool!!) Massive thank you to all the staff for making our trip such a memorable one and we will definitely be back and recommending this property to anyone who asks.
