Pine Cliffs Gardens

The atmosphere and the location was fantastic. The pines and the cliffs were so mesmerizing. It really felt like a paradise and you really feel relaxed. The concierge, Claudia was really helpful and we really appreciated her recommendations.We really liked our apartment as it came with everything that we needed and even more!

We went for breakfast once and the breakfast was not that great. Service was pretty slow and you could tell that they were really understaffed. Furthermore, cleaning could have been better as often the bathrooms were dirty, even after cleaning. The food was also so so as it was overpriced and not that great. I recommend going somewhere outside of the hotel to find a good place to eat.

The whole complex was beautiful, really well designed. lots of pool options so never over crowded. loved the direct access to the beach via a lift and walkway, beach beds provided by hotel. lovely staff, every staff member from bar staff to managers were attentive, polite and kind. rooms are very comfortable and big it’s a big complex, so some things are quite far to walk, but we like walking so this is a bonus for us, you don’t feel ‘lazy’.

unfortunately the food, this is the biggest downside it’s really not good, especially considering the price you are paying. My son unfortunately contracted food poisoning eating l at the ‘O Grill’ buffet restaurant , but to be honest we hadn’t been that impressed with the food before this point. luckily we love travelling out of the hotel, and ventured into Vilamoura marina lots of evenings, so we weren’t restricted.

Beautiful place very relaxing and amazing beach

I normally go at a quieter time but it was easter and it was really busy . Just be prepared to organise yourself if you want to go to certain Restaurants at peak times .It wasn’t a deal breaker . Just a comment .

Beautiful resort with different accommodation options. Pine Cliff Garden is perfect for families, fully equiped appartment combined with the advantage of hotel service. Whole area (beach, pools, kids playground, garden, restaurants) is awesome. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will come back.

Pools could or even should be warmer (maybe not for British guest, but all others).

It feels like you are in a small town but exclusive use to hot el guests only. A holiday you can explore the various options without the need of a car.

I'm sure there is sunstainable programs but the environment footprint is not evident anywhere. No recycling bin inside the apartment, no mention of water waste or water drinking fill up stations. The internal shuttle service is the real disaster and it seems very unorganised.

We stayed one week in the Garden apartments and we were part of the time working remotely. The apartment has a lot of space, it is super comfortable and well equipped. The surrounding garden areas, the pool and the silence during the morning were exactly the kind of setting we were looking for to relax. The resort is amazing and the pathway to the beach is magic…all in all a great place to relax and disconnect. We have also used the SPA and we really recommend the massages! Amazing professionals

well kept and brilliant location

beach can be more serviced. very few staff and limited beach chairs. waiter is very difficult to attract his attention.

Beautiful view, nice, big and clean hotel apartment and good breakfast.

It was very far to walk to the main pool and breakfast from the room and a very long walk to the beach. The prices for food, icecream and kids activities were really too high in my opinion. The price for the room was very fine but especially the food and kids activities was very expensive, the food quality should have been higher with those prices.

The apartment was excellent. Location great Restraunt s overpriced and there was not a coffee shop type of breakfast. Like coffee and croissants. Or simple continental breakfast

Somewhere to have snacks. A nice sandwich Etc particularly at lunchbtime

Great layout. plenty of space. didn’t feel crowded. apartments are a good size.

shuttle bus takes forever. you need to be able to walk 10-15mins to get around the resort.
