We have been to the hotel in September a number of times. We like the staff and location particularly. We always have a sea facing room too and pay extra for this.

This time, we did have one thing that we didn't like.. . This related to the outdoor music near the Il Basilico restaurant. The live music was VERY loud and everyone in the sea facing apartments would hear it. The band plays for the restaurant but We didn't want to hear it but we were forced to close the window to drown the sound. The band either plays inside the restaurant or turns down the sound significantly if outside.. WHY NOT JUST PLAY PIPED MUSIC TO THE DINERS!

The hotel was beautifully maintained throughout..pool, gardens, dining areas etc. Staff efficient and friendly. Pool towels provided in rooms every day unlike other hotels where acquiring them involved deposit and daily trips to reception to change them . Reception staff were multilingual and very helpful and friendly. Morning buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff in the dining areas were fantastic...so efficient and friendly.

The evening buffet was more than adequate if you liked fish and meat but was not for me and I found that many of the salads also had fish / meat in them.!! I would have liked a larger more defined area designated to vegetarian options. The reception area is not in the best location as there is a large pillar partially blocking the view of available receptionists. Could I suggest that you put a hand rail on the steps leading from back door to pool area. On two occasions I observed a person stumbling backwards going up the steps and likewise stumbling going down .

The property was gorgeous. The views from the hotel were stunning and the landscaping was really impressive. They offer a happy hour everyday which helped on the price of drinks. Easy to get down to the beach, and not overtaxing either. I saw some older couples taking a break, but they have benches along the way for that reason with shade. Nice little restaurant down at the beach as well. The pool was clean and refreshing. The hotel room was as you would expect. Clean and great air con for a hot day. Shower was excellent - came with Ritual shower products. The staff were exceptional - so friendly and didn’t forget us. They had music every night, but it was cheesy and not much of a vibe - more background music for late night drinks and for an older crowd, but can’t complain as we weren’t looking for a wild time! location from airport was also a massive plus. Uber made everything very easy and affordable. Easy and cheap to get to Albufeira as well for an evening. Also had good activities for adults like pool and tennis (although had to pay extra for everything).

It was expensive for the drink and food on the property and the food quality could have been just a bit better, but we were going for convenience of not leaving the property at lunchtime. It wasn’t horrible, but also wasn’t incredibly happy spending 40€ on a subpar lunch.

Beautiful resort!! Lovely grounds with lots of place to sit and relax and enjoy the spectacular coast!! Amazing beach!! Great restaurants a the resort and several within 10 min walking distance. Resort has Delicious breakfasts with lots of choices. Lovely pool and nice and quiet at the pool. Lots of umbrellas and lounge chairs. Only 8km to visit Albufeira by taxi.

Clean hotel & beautiful view of the sea as good location. we were half board and buffet restaurant was good, you might struggle with allergies as gluten free options were only at breakfast and no labels if ingredient’s at dinner

smokers around pool and entertainment poor we walked to a nearby hotel some evenings as more lively.

We loved the convenience, the location, the cleanliness, the staff, the food. I don’t know that we’ve ever stayed anywhere where we had absolutely zero complaints but here that was the case. Completely happy and zero complaints.

There was quite literally nothing that we didn’t like and we are quite particular about a few aspects of holiday accommodations, so this is a big deal!

The hotel is truly a place to relax. The beds are very comfortable, and staff is super helpful. They provided harder pillows for us on request with no issue. Activities and live music was also nice. Breakfast is amazing

I think the staff in pool bar is overworked. We have seen one waiter working super long hours, during our entire stay. The shower was working but it was obviously broken. The water comes out from both bottom and top head and it is impossible to fix it. The shower head is also very flimsy. it was still doing its job, but I expected things like this not to happen for the price of the room.

the location is suberb, the beach was absolutely amazing, water temperature was just right, clear water, the hotel staff was very friendly and professional Iryna and Anastasia were helpful and fast, very friendly. The breakfast is very good, they had everything. the room was good, hairdryer and amenities good quality. The cliff terrace is amazing, drinks are well served, best moment was to see the dolphins from the cliff overview terrace. The bar had life music and drinks were nice.

Location is amazing. It is next to one of the must see places in Algarve. It was my birthday at this place during our stay, so hotel left us bottle of chilled Champagne and hand written note, which was very nice!

Bed should be double bed and not two singles.

Outside area is lovely - large pool, garden area and quick access to the beach. Loved the food at the buffet breakfast and dinner, staff very friendly. Relaxing atmosphere. Hotel is kept very clean and lots of nice sofa areas to sit outside. Beautiful view of the sea and cliffs

The room was outdated, fixtures and furniture quite old. The air conditioning broke multiple times. Staff were very quick to get it fixed, but it is obviously an old room. Also no double beds, just two single beds put together. For the price, I would have expected a more modern room
