Great hotel, clean, big room, very nice staff. Great activities in the pool and very good breakfast. Has all you need in the room

The activities in the pool were very very loud until 23:00. We have young kids and it was impossible for them to fall asleep because of the loud sounds It needs to be less loud at teese hours at night Location not in foot to city center and beach with young kids

The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of room for a family of 4. The hotel was well located about 10 minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach. The pool area was lively and the entertainment team were engaging both with children and adults.

We went for the all inclusive option - where the breakfast and lunch were good, however the dinners were not impressive at all. My mum is vegetarian and there were hardly any options for her at dinner time. On one evening there was not even a salad which didn't have meat or fish in it - when I asked the chef why not, the answer was "this is Portuguese night", which I didn't think was a satisfactory response!

Entertainment and throughout the day was fantastic for both kids and adults, we found that when we left the resort our kids just wanted to get back as soon as possible because they didn’t want to miss out on anything. Special mention to David and Jessica! Staff were great- I got bitten by an insect and they went out of their way to ensure I was okay and they couldn’t have done enough. Cleanliness was great- rooms cleaned every morning.

We went all inclusive for the first time- whilst the breakfast was nice the lunch and dinner was repetitive. However, now we know the area there are lots of lovely alternatives should you get bored of the fox the resort has to offer.

The babies and toddlers pool was simply amazing. The whole resort is carefully thought, though a few bits here and there that can be improved, nothing significant and overall a great venue.

With the resort, absolutely fantastic, nothing to dislike. Sadly, with the 'village' its inserted in, its a very different story. Roads without sidewalks, handicap facilities/parking at nearest beach that lead to a 3-4 floors of stairs. Sidewalks ocasionally completely blocked by trees and/or concrete blocks, lack of ramps in crosswalks, lack of crosswalks... Overall the surrounding area is really unfriendly towards baby/children carriers and for those with reduced mobility and i wouldn't recommend the area for those who won't travel by car/rent a car that enables going further to go to more suitable beaches, the exception being if going to the beach isn't a goal.

Room was spacious and perfect for family of 4. Would have been nice to have a double bed in one room, rather than twin beds but it wasn't a deal breaker. Good size kitchen was a real bonus and large balcony was great. Pool was good size. Good selection of food and salads each day. The kids never complained! Short distance to the most gorgeous beach!

Not ideal that the splash area for little ones was out of site from the main pool, so a bit inconvenient. The 'grill' restaurant was a bit disappointing. The selection of sides was no way near as generous as the main restaurant and we had to wait a long time for the grilled meats. But they probably needed more staff.

It was great because all of the sports facilities, running track, pool, gym, tennis court (even though we couldn’t find a spot, but if you book it 2 days in advance you’ll be fine). The breakfast was great, and the room was clean. Also the location is quiet and nice, near Falesia beach which is beautiful, but keep in mind it’s about 9 km from Albufeira old town, so you’l need to rent a car to go places, or to get a taxi/uber. But if you’re planning to visit all the beautiful beaches on the coast, you’ll probably need some transportation no matter where you’re staying.

I didn’t like that all the photos of the superior apartment advertised were with the pool and running track view, and when we got there we got one on the other side, facing basicaly nothing. But it was ok as we had a big terrace (the downside is that the cleaning ladies never went outside the room to at least swipe the terrace, even when we got there it was dusty and there was sand on the floor). The interior of the apartment was clean when we got there and cleaned constantly during our stay as well.

Did not use the pool but it is very inviting the room was good and the beach super and close to the hotel

The shower controls very hard to use as glass partition stops you standing outside the bath to get the correct temperature for a shower and could not have a bath as unable to switch from shower to bath. The only thing that would have made our stay perfect would have been being able to hire or have access to sun beds on our own balconies as some people don’t like sun bathing around the pool.

Lovely reception area and the staff were so kind and helpful. Pool area was clean and tidy. Showers were nice and hot and beds were comfortable.

Some areas of the dining area could do with regular spot checks and cleaning..on the first night there were ants crawling everywhere near the drinks and bread area, which was off putting. Our room had a nasty smell from the kitchen. We had to complain 3 times before we were offered a new room. New sun loungers would be good .. the ones there are old and dated and don't feel that safe..

Every day the possibility to choose something different. Light meals, but also steaks, salads and many sweet cakes

Occasionally dirty dishes when the hotel was very busy. Some of the tables in the dining room had chairs that were too deep and the kids couldn't reach the tables (there was an option to swap for high chairs)

The food was lovely, fresh and really tasty. The apartment was really spacious and was great for us with our 2 year old. We were all inclusive so didn’t use the kitchen for cooking but it seemed well equipped, note you need to bring your own washing up stuff. The air conditioning was good, kept our room warm as it did get a bit nippy in the January evenings. The staff were all really friendly. The facilities were good, nice playground for the children and a great little pool area, both away from the main pool area so other guests wouldn’t be disturbed. The hotel was really peaceful and quiet, perfect for us. The beach is lovely!
