Cascais Hotel

The receptionists, Margarida and Gonçalo, were exceptional. So was the breakfast and cleaning staff. I loved their way of making me feel home. Regina, Luciana and Marta are amazing souls. Professional, gentle and available at all times. The breakfast was good, and the room comfortable. Also the position super central. I loved it! 🌟

Stayed for 3 nights in Aug 2022 (room + breakfast). The hotel is bang on in the centre of Cascais, in an amazing location. It is a nice hotel overall. The staff at the front desk have been ever so helpful, accomodating all our last minute requests: eg we had a wedding to attend and we needed an iron, a hairdryer, shoes polish, etc and the staff accomodated all that in no time. When I causally mentioned I wanted to visit Sintra, the lady at the front desk (Theresa) volunteered to prepare an itinerary for us. Honestly, the staff made our stay there a really lovely experience. Def a 5 stars service.

in fairness, breakfast should have offered more options - it was rather basic - however my son is allergic to dairy and they had soya milk available, so we managed just fine.

Breakfast is basic but always fresh produce, very central location! I personally don’t like getting taxi’s when I’m on a relaxing vacation and this place is perfect it’s so central..

There’s a lot of street noise and music from nearby bars that might bother some people! I personally can switch off and sleep through anything.

The location and value for money was spot on. Don't think you could find better for cheaper! The room itself is basic, but when you are spending most of your time outside, thats not a problem. The staff couldn't have been nicer and were really welcoming. There is someone there 24hrs which is great.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear a conversation taking place in the next room. There is a bit of street noise (rubbish collection etc.) going on in the early hours which is a bit annoying, but you'd get that anywhere in such a central location.

We loved the location. We could walk to everything! Breakfast was great with lots of options. Front desk agents were very friendly and answered our questions. The air conditioning in the rooms was much needed since it was very hot while we visited! Would definitely stay here again.

The aggressive lime green paint in the bathrooms is pretty ugly, not that it really affected our stay, but the bathroom lighting wasn't the best for applying makeup.

Perfect location within walking distance to beaches,train station and lost of restaurants/bars . Very clean room , decent sized and friendly staff, good service and buffet breakfast , with lots of choices Would definitely recommend it

The only down vote is, the noise. The walls are thin, no soundproofing as the hotel is situated next to a night bar, so the noise is constant all night until 4am PersonallyI had earplugs but my friends couldn't sleep well at all ! So it's a thing to consider when booking, if you're a light sleeper

Lovely hotel very conveniently located within close walking distance to Cascais station. Delicious breakfast included, super comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Very helpful staff who let us store our bags and come and pick them up later, and gave good advice on getting to Sintra, my next stop. A great place to stay, highly recommended!

Location was excellent - right near all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was perfect! Delicious fruit and pastries and meat and cheese. Espresso machine was so nice too! Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And the beds were very very comfortable.

It was in a very good location for restaurants/train stations/museums and beaches. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

I can not think of anything as everything was nice in my opinion. Some people have complained about the noise of the local nightlife. We did experience this but it did not seriously affect my stay since I was not doing anything other than relax the following day.

Well situated, friendly staff, lovely breakfast. I could work in the lounge area as I had no view from my room. Drinks for sale from the Kitchen was very convenient

My room window was accross the road from a club, so I had to close my window for the noise. Little place to hang wet clothing after a beach day.
